As far as I know, Costco sells only Prime cuts of beef brisket. That's all I've ever seen at mine.

I know mine did sell them at one time but there was no prime at mine this time... They only had choice...

@@JohnSanders I stand corrected then. I doubt if it makes much difference as the meat is usually smoked. I do grind mine sometimes to make ground brisket. Makes great burgers. Thank you for the reply.

zero to what ever you want, you don't have to trim a brisket at all.
