  • Dry aging adds a lot of flavor to beef and nothing... in my humble opinion... does better than a prime rib roast with the bone still attached, or just getting the whole rib loin with the rib bones still intact and dry it just like that... the rib bones help protect the meat from the outer edge that dries out and has to be removed... but it makes the meat taste way more intense with the liquids evaporating during the dry age process and making the beef flavor stand out... it also helps break down the tissue which makes it more tender.

    I love it. A Prime Rib roast is nothing but a waste of beautiful Rib Eye steaks to me.👍😍
