Aeropress can make multiple cups of coffee, you simply add more coffee, more water, note that the numbers on the side of the Aeropress are there for that reason, so for 3 servings use 3 scoops and water to number 3, then stir, leave to immerse for a minute, then use a carafe instead if a cup, press slowly and add water to dilute, stir, then pour into 3 cups.

I've got to be honest: Your Chemex looks filthy. If I were a guest, I would _not_ be enthusiastic about drinking anything that came out of it. I use a 3-cup all-glass Chemex daily and mine sparkles. Use some distilled white vinegar to release any hardwater stains, then clean with Dawn dish detergent and a bottle brush.
