Yes what you're saying is absolutely true because my oven is very hot at the bottom and my cakes get burnt sometimes, so what I do is always checking and also checking my timer..thanks for thisđ

Hello Caroline. If the baking has been good so far, you can stick with that temperature for baking. Otherwise, you can try a lower temperature.
