First of all thank you so much for creating your art. For speaking your truth, for being vulnerable and brave, for being honest enough to be seen and share your pain and innermost thoughts. Thank you.
Second of all, I really really relate. Like a lot. Anger being so suppressed and pushed down that you believe that you are peaceful, because that’s how you present yourself. You believe you are calm, because you do not react. Not realizing you just haven’t give yourself the space to scream and feel.
The blame and shame you feel towards yourself, for not knowing better. For not doing better. For not changing the course you’ve gone on. The lack of grace you have with yourself because you can’t change the past. It isn’t your fault, it never was. You couldn’t have known, but still. You blame, shame, and hold anger toward yourself.
The feeling of being silenced and shut up. As if you’re not allowed to express your feelings.
All of it. I feel all of it.

Just at the beginning of me letting go and trying to forgive all the pain of the past and myself I watched this and was almost brought to tears cause it didn't just speak my story it showed that I was not alone and I'm on the right path of healing and trusting in God so I can evolve into the Divine person God wants me to be

I’m currently in the depressive state of my spiritual journey, the rawest most real state that I’ve ever allowed myself to soak in, and it’s not easy, it’s extremely extremely hard, there’s so much more to life and myself than I ever thought. I just turned 19 and I’m really trying to learn myself, ego aside, social media aside, alcohol and drugs aside, to be the best women, girlfriend, daughter, sibling, friend, future mother that I can be and it is HARD. But I’m doing it, and Im so glad that more (especially melanated) women are going on this “spiritual journey” I say that in quotes because it’s really not a journey it is simply our lives, simply our true selves, but it has just been masked (by we know who.) I love seeing women Really stepping into they’re power and learning they’re worth. I come back to your channel everyday to see if there is a new upload because this is the only space I’ve ever felt so comforted and understood in, your so calm, inviting, and ethereal. This is by far my favorite CZcams channel, can’t wait for the next upload🫶🏽
