Long press power button for 30 second while turned off then turn on again with charger connected thn hit boot menu key fast multiple times you may go to boot menu from there you can change os. You will not loss data but apps and c drive will be re placed

After entering "bootrec /rebuildbcd" in command prompt it shows "Add installation to boot list? Yes/No/All"

Why F8 does not working?

For those who have exhausted all options, you can try restoring your bios settings back to default. :)
