I'm excited to be unboxing Diamond Art Club's fifth MYSTERY BOX! I purchased this myself during the release on Christmas Day. DAC included two never-before-seen kits and one surprise kit, and it was so fun to see which kits I received!
NOTE: There is a fair amount of variation in the kits included, so what you see pictured here may vary slightly, entirely, or not at all from what others have received.
Unfortunately, these mystery boxes sold out the same day that they were released, but hopefully we'll see another round in the near future! Also, DAC has stated that they are not planning to give the never-before-seen kits from these boxes a standard release, but that may change in the future.

Ohhhhhh I really love Jellyfish Mermaid!!!! I really hope they change their mind and release it to the rest of us. Or maybe someday I’ll be able to find one in a destash group when the hype dies down.

I love how excited you were about finding out what was in your box. 🙂My mystery box won't arrive until next week. I saw a post of what's in the box number I'm getting, but since some people have said their boxes with same numbers as others have different items, I'll have to wait and see. All of the canvases seem lovely, though, so I'll be happy with what I get. I agree, the destash group I joined recently is going nuts with these. I think some of the prices are ridiculous. There are a couple I might be willing to part with if someone desperately wants it, but I'd be fair about the price. Happy New Year (a bit early).
I received box #5 as well. Mine contained, yes, Jellyfish Mermaid (EXCITED!) Hanna Lynn’s Kristine, and Ericathegoober’s Queen of the Snow Fairies. I love all these! 😍
Jellyfish mermaid is so pretty, I did not order a mystery box, but I’ve enjoyed watching every thing others received

I watched another lady unbox the mystery box from DAC & she received the exact same kits as u besides the Libra canvas. Excellent selection though.

I would have been so disappointed with this box, not my style at all! I saw a box that was 2 landscapes and the Kitten Cupboard, and that’s the one I’d love.
I didn’t get a mystery box, mainly because of alllll the kits I bought on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. But my favorite that I have seen has been the Jeremiah Ketner one. They’ve all been good and I would’ve been happy with any of them. I know a lot of people are going to be disappointed if they don’t general release some of them, so hopefully they will see how poplar they are and consider releasing some of them! Happy new year!! 🎉

I absolutely love libra might need to get it for both my mum and mother in law they are born 3 days apart at the start of october and my 2 year old son shares his birthday with my mother in law. My dad and my nephew are also libras.
As big as the mermaid one is, and with how many dark drill is has, im going to have to try and find it in a destash. Because its beautiful!

I’m not Katie but I’d say her fave is probably DAC… she has hundreds of kits from them and comments on their superior quality all the time 😊
I got a 1/2 off mystery something when I checked out NYE. It wasn’t this was it?
I sure hope you are right about the de-stashes, because it turns out that I love The Jellyfish Mermaid and, yeah, you can smell the desperation in the destash group. Or maybe it is just me because I want it. I never even heard about the Mystery Box #5 and, even if I did, I probably wouldn't have gotten it because I can only afford one or two kits a month and like to see what I am getting. The thumbnail wasn't even appealing, then I saw her up close ❤.

I just don't understand why DAC had Merry Mindy in voting if they were just going to put it in a mystery box and not let the rest of us have a chance to purchase it. 😩 She's beautiful! Jellyfish Mermaid is stunning 😍 I really hope they change their mind about not releasing some of these kits for the rest of us. The Jemooshka mermaid is absolutely gorgeous 😍
