DAC Rounds don't look like their picture, no worries, the rendering will still look amazing. Working on a DAC round right now and I can't figure the picture but it's coming alive with the drills. They have changed their charting with new kits but older kits will look like that. Trust the process :) I love the vase with flowers!

I have “moon goddess” and “memory lane” which I have started and is coming out beautifully as I work on it (I believe it is more toward a negative print so it looks different then how it comes out). I believe I have the flower vase with the butterflies too. They are all my favorite styles of paintings. Thank you for sharing. Peace and love abide with you 💕

Just got into diamond painting I love, love the ones that look like paintings(their more forgiving and looks like paintings) which I love, don't like the ones that are pictures. But Charleston, fall ones love too. Even the one with heavy confettied you didn't like.

I'm working on Moon Goddess (which is my favorite) right now and she is absolutely beautiful. I will say, the 310's are not the quality I'm used to so I'm glad I had leftover bags of 310's from other kits that I've been able to use instead.

The tweezers I find are super helpful for removing drills I accidently place in the wrong spot. I have only done rounds so far, but if I only have 1 lonely drill to place I will at times use the tweezers instead of the pen.

Hi Grace. It’s a while since I have commented. I had to comment on this unboxing because I have two of the canvases and in fact have finished both of them. #1: Charleston Charm. I loved this as soon as I saw it (ages ago now) but I have never been to Charleston, nor indeed The USA. You’ll love the finished product. #2: Bouquet. This is also gorgeous finished, so much colour blocking though! I actually prefer confetti, it’s way more interesting. I am slow anyway so I’d rather be slow attacking confetti than so much colour blocking. My FAVOURITE of this unboxing is Charleston Charm.
I am a little confused as to how you could love the the farmhouse, pumpkins and pickup truck so much (other than the fact that it is like 😮Jenny’s house) and dislike the Moment on Memory Lane so very much. The colouring is so similar and some of the houses aren’t that much different to the farmhouse. Just curious. Hope you are fully cured of the big C (Covid not cancer) very soon. Have you had it before and did you get very sick? ❤
Your thoughts and tastes are Exactly like mine!!! Especially about working on paintings with a lot of confetti. I love the challenge and it’s a little like working a puzzle but much easier. Color blocking is extremely boring to me and not only that but it shows up any imperfection in crooked rows.
My favorites are the Scenes! I already have Charleston Charm but haven’t started it yet. Can’t wait! Frankly, I’m surprised that so many of us ladies love to work on paintings of Girls/Women, ie the Moon Goddess etc. I’d much rather work with paintings of Places, ie Architectural Buildings, like the old houses or mansions, or Nature ie. Florals, Gardens, Mountains, Lakes or the Ocean. But hey, everyone’s taste is different and to each their own, as they say.

What is it with you and older Round Chuck Pinson Canvaes? With Cape Cod you had a similar reaction. You could do a Custom Chuck Pinson one, I am sure. it is of course a ton more work.
The Chuck Pinson one is beautiful when done wait tell you see all the abs in the trees . It only looks like that because it's round drills

Fairly new to Diamond art, I've only done round so far, which seems to be a bit more forgiving on placement of the drills vs. square. What is your opinion on this?
