  • Stretching and strengthening after breast cancer treatment are crucial. Shoulder pain and issues are very common, not only right away after surgery or treatment but also many years later, as well. A proper exercise program needs to consider other cancer-related concerns, like the risk of lymphedema. But the right one can help decrease pain and improve shoulder motion quicker so that you can get back to doing your daily activities and hobbies. In this video, I am going to share with you a few of my go-to shoulder blade exercises to address pain, weakness, and instability after breast cancer treatment

Hi PT guru, thank you for your thoughtful gift to the viewers, god bless you. I being a cancer survivor have issues with my shoulders as well. I have just turned 60 a week ago and now I feel weak shoulders because at times when I tend to pick up any stuff may it be light my arms tend to drop a little.
My question to you is will these exercises be enough to maintain my strength and muscles? I want to live a healthy and strong life, as you must be aware this disease affects every part of the body. I'm trying to deal with it every day. Please answer, I will be obliged 🙏
