You said 15psi for 15 minutes in the PC but I only use Instapot with much success and heard it only goes to 12 psi maximum.
Would Instant Pot at 12psi for 15 minutes be enough time?

We have the duo crisp model that reaches 15 psi. Maybe go 20 minutes.

I have tried your no-pour agar. It is my first time doing agar, and the developed mycelium seems to grow more into the air and less rhezomophic. What could be the reason?

We use at least 3 plates/dishes, so we transfer at least 3 times if not more.
