Do you have any evidence as he charge ..he is not charging he declared once. Even I attended two seminar I didn't pay any amount .Even though he declared he is not taking a single penny from CZcams aswell.
sandeep sir don't charge a single rupee. His CZcams is not monitized and for coming on his seminar you need to register on his website with your no. and your number is chosen randomly and one no. is not choosen more than once. He is ceo of imagebazaar from where he earns. He is an enterprenuer since 10-14 years when startup was not even famous like now. I really find sandeep sir the most genuine person on internet.

It takes much time brother and you need a team of at least 3 people to start with.
One will do research, other will work for editing videos and and 3rd one will make the video.
You can also do these works alone but it can take at least 5-6 days for proper video.
Best start with editing. Don't show your face in starting, only voiceover.
It will take at least 1 year to be pro in this field.
