    Excellent tutorial, Very Insightful. I wish Akai would make the sample pool alot wider, it's annoying when going through long file names or very large samples in projects.

    btw you can bypass the terrible note-searching in keygroup programm if you just play that note on an external synth , you see the pad will glow and the notes on a keyboard are easier to find. some synths even showing the name of the note on the display. thats how I handle with that messi shit. Not sure If the last update has fixed it, if yes, throw that to the bin lol.

    Thanks for the great vids man. How do you delete an instrument/track? And you said “dag nabbit” lol only other person I’ve heard say that is my grandfather from Mississippi.

    Do you have an video on how to achieve 808 glides and 808 wobbles like for drill beats on the Akai Force? I can’t seem to find any on CZcams.

    • @nicethings
      @nicethings  Před 3 lety +1

      In truth, I rarely mess with keygroups, and tend to find there’s loads of stuff in Hype to solve most modern sounds. You should definitely check it out as there’s tons of 808 & 909 glide presets. Might do a video on that?…

    • @nicethings

      Also, don’t forget the DrumSynth Kick too!

      @@nicethings I did see Andy Mac do a video on how to achieve this with drum synth. Actually right after I asked you in my comment earlier. I still think it may make for an good video. Also the way your vocals cut through on the song you recently released on iTunes was phenomenal my friend. I’d definitely like to see a breakdown video on how you mixed and recorded your vocals. In if you used landr to master the song or if it was all done solely on the Force. Anyhow I truly appreciate what you do please keep it up. 🙏🏾💯

    Have you tried to make keygroups with painobook libraries for kontakt?

    • @nicethings
      @nicethings  Před 3 lety

      Not heard of it? To be honest, I don’t care much about making keygroups, I find the drum programs far more flexible.

    Nice but wh actually is a key group?

    • @nicethings
      @nicethings  Před 7 měsíci

      It's basically a multi-sampled keyboard style track; it can be used to play a sample (or several samples) across a key range in different pitches.
