Gillan shows why he has persevered all these years, he has one of the best voices rock has ever seen and he plays with top notch musicians, be it Purple, Sabbath, or his Ian Gillan band, he has musicians that can interpret the dry notes you would see on a page (if they could read music) into something beautiful when they began to play.
