    Note: This message is for all the men out there! Its now 21st century, if you see any woman that is not fasting during the month of Ramadan, don't be so quick to judge and please don't ask her for the justification of not being able to fast. There are number of reasons why women may not fast, out of which most common ones are menstruation, pregnancy and breast feeding!
    I remember back in grade 8, I was returning home through our school bus after an exam. In the bus were these boys who were keeping an eye on what I was eating and drinking during Ramadan. On that particular day, I was no fasting because I was menstruating. As my cramps started worsening, I felt the need to drink water to cool my body down and regulate my breathing. As I was drinking, those boys in my bus started taunting me for not fasting and making remarks like ' grades won't benefit you in your grave' etc. They then proceeded to shame me for not fasting. It was indeed the most criticising and insulting behavior I had seen and the fact that they were judging me before getting to know my pain was also very triggering. We as women aren't always obligated to answer your queries.

      @saeedvazirian Pƙed rokem

      You as women aren't a monolith or homogeneous and men aren't your enemies. You make most of Jahanam, so it's fair for men to be weary of your sins.
      Wear your hijab, keep your haya and obey your father/brother/husband. Only then and only then will you even dare imagine to go to Jannah.
      Otherwise, you're for the Jahannam. Astaghfirullah.

    Congratulations!!! BECAUSE your faith is very clearly of upmost importance, and God sees in your heart how truly adoring and good you are, maybe He’s sending you little blessings to teach you a lesson we often forget; MAKING SURE YOUUUUUUU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE TO HIM! There is nothing more humbling than being told to sit this one out. Fasting is ONE part of this time. But it isn’t the most important. What’s most important is HOW and WHY. Time to remember He created you and wants you to REST now. Sometimes we need these times of humbling because we start to put ourselves down in one way or another.
