Training Until I Can 90 Degree Push-up | Day 2

  • This is the first day of me training until I can do the 90 degree push-up. I didn't have the best workout today because I failed to hold the handstand a lot and I got really tired because of it.
    But it's absolutely fine, the only thing I can do is learn from my mistakes and keep going. There's no success without failure.

    Lock the Upper Body to the legs by Vacuum the belly and pelvic tilt.
    If you don’t control -> lock the legs It’s way more difficult to do anything in the handstand.
    Master the HPS then the 90.
    The other great exercise is tuck planche go down to 90 degrees tuck the legs and up to planche.

      yes, master hspu first then only 90, you are not ready for 90 training yet

    No way bro you got the same idea as me and the same time, I'm also on day 2 but I'm training for a handstand hold. Good luck bro.
