I didn’t like Xenia at the beginning but, once I got a piece I was hooked! I spread it around my 65 gallon reefer between all my other LPS and softies and it really gives extra life to the tank. It hasn’t become a bother yet, but it’s close. I have a dozen frags ready to go at all times lol.

Really like Hollywood Stunner too... almost as much as Pagoda cup. Both are popular and easy to grow.

I’m so glad you guys got the macro lens. Chalice corals are some of the most underrated coral imo mainly because people don’t realize the beauty of chalice corals until they grab the macro and see all the tiny polyps!

Hey March and Tia! How about a video on bounce mushrooms? Why the hell are they so expensive?

Cool Xenia fact: it tolerates being stung by anemones so it’s one of the few corals that can be a companion piece in a nem tank

The king of the sweepers is Galaxea. I love them and these.

I love the definition the lense gives to the coral. Never paid much attention to chalice before but I like how it looks almost like leather. Great video!

I have seen the sweeping tenticals of a large wall frogspawn at my local fish store and it was incredibly to watch as the coral searched and hunted all around making room to start growing, anything that was to close got a hell of a sting. Its unreal how far they can extend their sweepers.

A coral sweeper tentacle is (especially Large Polyp Stony Corals), that is generally several times longer than the longest feeding tentacle and packs a powerful nematocyst stinging that .
    Corals are crazy cool.

love the videos! i think a video on how to deal with parameter swings and how to stabilize them would be great or what to do if your ato alk or calcium get stuck on the on position. these are all things we never wish would happen but need to know just in case!
