Really?? I found it condescending that he CONSTANTLY kept asking, "Are you SURE that's what you want???" Like, bitch, if I say it's what I want, I meant it the first time. I don't need you to confirm/try to convince me otherwise for 10 more times. >:/ It means he doesn't trust her for her word unless she says it a million times, and/or he just doesn't like her choices and is too afraid to say so. Been there, dealt with that; it's NOT supportive. :(

It would make it more interesting. At this point I just fast forward to their dresses they try on, then to the end for photos so I can at least enjoy the beauty.

"Now let me go to the stock room and pick a few pieces...."
Shut up. We know you've pre picked them.😂
"Now this is the option that's going to come.....bla bla".
      NO.
Let it come. We can see what it is. Don't describe it. We want to see it.
Cut this portion. Don't talk when dress hasn't arrived!
Let the dress come, then speak.
"Now you go try these and then we will go from there."
      NO.
We know these lines and the boring intro by heart now that you copy paste in each show.
I rather look for the story and how she looks in each outfit..period.
The introductions are getting repeated when they tell us directly to cam who they're and then that long long awkward cringe cringe meeting with Shia when she literally says congratulations even before the bride has finished talking and bride has to awkwardly pause and say "thankyou".
      Like what were you expecting?
Please keep talking about her requirements and cut to dresses, please.

I really felt sorry for Shia in this one. Them not listening to her every time she said the color could be changed and continually complaining about the color of the sample had me wanting to scream. I imagine that Sheia sometimes feels like a hairstylist trying to achieve the dream cut without a picture. She is trying to get in the bride's head to "see" the picture. I have to say that when it was all said and done, the dress looked spectacular and the bride looked absolutely stunning.

    • @pinkheart315
      @pinkheart315 Před 4 lety +15

I understand what you are saying that the colour can be changed. But remember that's customization which can get expensive. What if the shade didn't come out right? They are paying a lot of money. Having such a big shop I am sure she has a lot of blush pinks as many brides opt for it. Unlike many western wedding dresses that you have to order as you try the sample dresses and they make a new one for you so cannot just buy. Yes maybe if bride fits the dress and hardly needs the new made one. But that is not always the case for many indian dress shops. You can directly get your size and dress by choosing on that day. All that needs to be done is some alterations which don't take more than a week. That is unless you want a new dress made. The shops will sell you what they have. I also would want to try the dress and buy than the option of getting in another colour. Materials and work can look different shades at times. It's good they made customization but not everyone wants too. Also you want to browse before buying.

I think that’s how the script is. This does NOT look like real life. The “story” has to have some sort of drama. At first I thought this show was like Say Yes To The Dress, but in reality, it’s a lot more like House Hunters, where the “hunters” already have to have either signed a rental agreement or closed escrow in order to be on the show.

What she purchased with her groom was absolutely enchanting. I thank you for the photos from the various couples' wedding days.

@@beomies1304 interesting. thanks for sharing:) in America, it is a common name among white women. others cultures have assimilated but let's be real, the odds of meeting a non white Susan/Susanna etc are far less. It's also common for various immigrant groups and non immigrants (native americans) to have secondary "westernized" names that give that convenience to the people who find it more familiar.

I enjoy your videos a couple of things that would make them better would be to show full pictures of the brides instead of just a brief pic in the final seconds of the video, a set of mirrors would also be a plus so the viewers could see the dresses in their entirety. In this video it would have been nice to see her come back once the dress was ordered, that is much more interesting than listening to the customers say they do not like the color especially after they knew that they would be able to choose a color they wanted.

Maybe have them seated on sofas and have the bride standing on like a little stump typa thing. I think traditional Asian wear is way more intricate than white wedding gowns a better view of the dress would definitely be appreciated

Their store looks different from the average south asian (or at least indian store). Indian stores do have a pedestal type spot for the woman to stand on when she tries lehengas or sarees and its either surrounded by mirrors or one of the shop assistants will hold up a mirror at different angles. They even model for you so you can see what it looks like better. They have mattresses covered in white set out so the clothes can be laid out on top of them an dont get dirty and the customer either also sits on the mattress or on benches. The clothes are then brought to you and laid infront to select from.

I would like to see more photos of the dress - I can't tell what the sleeves look like, and when they were talking about the train, it was incomprehensible, because I couldn't see it.
