I looked this up on amazon and it shows attachable stickers that have that gritty texture

carpet is probably better, something with a good pile depth. It's strange that the manufacturer didn't get such an important part correct. I'm sure Taras can add to the ramp for improved use.

Some dogs tend to "dig" in their water bowls because they prefer to drink water while it is running. There are some small water fountains for pets that produce small gentle streams that they can drink from that keeps it cool and circulates it, maybe that might help?

The dogs have trouble getting traction and the ramp should have more of an incline.

The dog bath worked surprisingly well. I didn't think Gus would cooperate.
I have a husky next-door and sometimes he likes to jump into my backyard and he lets me pet him and sometimes I pet him a little bit and it’s really fun
