    • @blppt
      @blppt Před 11 měsíci +7

      This is one of the reasons why we are damned lucky that Metallica turned down Les Claypool---Lars and James neuter the bassists they've had post-cliff. And to be fair, the music doesn't really support wild bass playing like you hear here.
      Les never would have become as legendary as he is now. Trujillo is on that level of technicality, but you'd never know it if you only listened to his Metallica days.

    • @Faks.09

    Многие гласят, что Трухильо зря ушел в Металлику, по скольку там его таланту невозможно раскрыться. С этим согласен. Очень техничный басист. Слэп, фингерстайл на крайне высоком уровне. Но в Металлике он до конца жизни материально обеспечит семью, чего нельзя сказать об Infectious Grooves.

    17 years ago. Wow for CZcams. This is way older than 17 years of course. This was from a time when new hardcore was going this direction. There wasn't much of any mainstream music being played like this.

    thirty years ago I bought this record in Russia in a small town music store. Then I couldn’t find the correct translation of the name of your group. but I was hooked by the melodies and remembered them throughout my life. Today for some reason I remembered the name and started looking and found you! I'm glad that this was in my life! I’m surprised by this because in Russia no one knows you and has never heard of you. I am 50 years old. This thread stretches for more than half a lifetime! thank you for being there!
