I honest to god CAN NOT wrap my head around the idea of the Cleveland Browns playing their home games at an indoor stadium and not on natural grass?! WTF?! I mean, if the reason that all new football stadiums have roofs is so that these cities can possibly host a super bowl, then at least make it a retractable roof, and most important keep the NATURAL GRASS!
Illuminating the roof in different colors would not be possible due to the airport. Such a large structure would cause issues with visibility for pilots.
@nperry106 paint yes....but I've heard people talking about lighting the roof and that's not allowed...thats why Sofi covering is all white, too close to LAX to be lit up
The stadium looks likes a very big mansion with a see-through roof!! All in all, it's a pretty decent looking rendering. Now they gotta figure out how they gonna pay for it!!!😂😂😂😂
Just pull out the old blueprints from the old “Mistake on the Lake” the late Great Municipal Stadium. Let’s just rebuild Municipal Stadium with modern day comforts and features.
Honestly, only Jacksonville, Charlotte, and Washington DC should be talking about a new stadium right now. The rest of the league ranges from fine to great.
@@UncleGabe216 not when these stadiums are only used eight times a year and only for a few concerts here and there. And it is not really worth an upgrade. These are not the same as a hockey or basketball arenas that will get constant use and are still profitable even after a team moves

There is nothing wrong with Cleveland Browns Stadium it just needs a renvation the taxpayers are not going to fund a new stadium there are a lot of more important things for taxpayers money to go for in the city of Cleveland.
I personally think it looks fine, it’s better than another clone of the raiders stadium like the bears render. That’s coming from a bears fan too. I just think there needs to be more innovation if the stadium are already this expensive
Honestly I like it. Its darker colors give it vibes of some of the old warehouses and steel plants threw out the region but with modern angles and glass. Wish it had brick exterior and maybe some more 90 degree angles on the corners though
Just add a roof to the current stadium and do some upgrades, why the f do they think building right next to an airport is a good idea the traffic would be insane
A large browns helmet would be nice on both sides of the roof . That lights up at night. And yes icorporate the colors into the structure. This building is way to dark. I like the roof though. 🟧🟫⬜️🟫🟧

i agrgree, stadiums should last longer than a horses life.we go to baseball and football games to watch the game and tailgate, not to look at exterior views.
On par with talking heads reaction, never happy and always complaining. You can do whatever you like with a stadium when you come up with 2 billion. Stop being a typical hater.
It looks like they tried to to make it look like a dog house with the way the roof is . I like that. But i dont understand all the angles being used on the sides of the structure. Not really necessary. It would look better with the old municipal look useing stone since its built that low and 100 ft into the ground. And have that roof over top giving it the dog house effect. With a entrance in one end ( dog pound end as the entrance like a dog house. 🟫🟧⬜️🟧🟫 that would be assume
It looks like a massive Bass Pro Shops superstore from the outside.
That's the worst looking design I've seen for a pro stadium, since the Tropicana Dome was announced for Tampa.
21st century stadium? It looks more like a 1970's library.
The ealiest they should replace their current stadium is 2035
They'll be replacing thins one before this
Let the Cleveland Browns have Progressive Field so the guardians can get a new Stadium at Brooks Park
The roof of that stadium looks like Cabela's in Hamburg, Pennsylvania
Looks like a visitor center at a national park. Or an indoor water park. Or a library. Or a natural history museum

Thank you...people just don't think when they speak....they may be able to add lighting on sides, but roof can't have any, that close to airport!!
Yes, never thought of that. Makes sense
Tall structures near airports are painted orange and white for visibility.
@nperry106 paint yes....but I've heard people talking about lighting the roof and that's not allowed...thats why Sofi covering is all white, too close to LAX to be lit up
At least they aren't copying Allegiant stadium like the Cheifs and Bears
And Titans
There's barely any resemblance between the Bears proposal and Allegiant
Honestly, I don't like it. It's kind of ugly. It looks more like a convention center than a football stadium.
No one asked plus metlife stadium is better and get better opinion.

Fitting for cleveland
Barndominiums... not only homes but also NFL stadiums now!

Definitely a Joel Olsteen feel
I dig it, especially with a few tweaks.
Sidenote, I wish more stadiums were built low and into the ground.
Is it a Home Depot? An old steel mill?
Just pull out the old blueprints from the old “Mistake on the Lake” the late Great Municipal Stadium. Let’s just rebuild Municipal Stadium with modern day comforts and features.
It's also the same architect that designed Globe Life Field.
The Cleveland Browns should play at Progressive Park while the Guardians get a new Stadium in Brooks Park
The Cleveland Browns community center dropped?!
Honestly, only Jacksonville, Charlotte, and Washington DC should be talking about a new stadium right now. The rest of the league ranges from fine to great.
I'm going to agree to disagree, its time for the Browns to have their own updated playground, time to leave the lake

That’s going to cost them a billion dollars just to do that. You better off paying the $2 billion to get a new stadium & having more acres.
Looks like a state line welcome center. Maybe something you’d see on the New Jersey Turnpike.
It looks like a giant, modern, university library.
They can’t put lights on top. The airport lights for run ways.
U have to remember there next to a airport light on top may not be a good idea ok

KC take notes, if you're building a new stadium at least make it look unique!
And don't hire Manica Architecture.
