They insisted on the more believable ending that she lived out her final days peacefully in France 😏 They ( the elders) always closed with saying that the REAL Marie Laveau was a force to be reckoned with .😏🤞🏾❤

what made this season so strong is that both the main story and the subplot were strong. Unlike hotel where they had the boring 7 deadly sins killer. that subplot was so fuking boring.

You dont wanna life forever. Its the worst fate. Imagine you live to 150 years yeah nice but then you live 300 years and starting to get bored. You achieve everything you want in your life yet you still cant live happily you get tired of life you see everyone you care about die all over and over. The only remorse is killing yourself which you cant. Such a terrible fate.
To live forever sounds good at first. But I would imagine that shit gets boring after a couple centuries and every person you come to care about will die while you remain. Seems like more of a curse than a blessing to me.
Watching everyone you love who isn't immortal die around you? Every time you fall in love or have a great friend, you outlive them. And this goes on for all eternity. No. I'd rather live my life with my loved ones, then die with them, than live forever without.

They never claimed to be looking for justice in killing them. And regardless, treating people like they're property is abusive, manipulative, and inhumane, regardless of whether you were a butcher or just a "standard" slave owner. No one was mostly innocent.
