Thank you so much for this vid! Did you know repeated lateral eye movement (moving the eyes from side to side) is shown to reduce stress and anxiety? It suppresses the amygdala's role in initiating a fear response. It also simultaneously signals the release of dopamine. I would love to see a video with more slower eye movement segments and light triggers. You do it best ❤

ive noticed recently that i can only fall asleep to sarah’s asmr and another asmrtist called batala. other than you two i cant fall asleep to anybody else.
I tried Batala but she is way too chaotic for me. I love her energy but she keeps me up!
I'm usually watching these ASMR videos at night before going to sleep. Listening to the soothing whispers of Sarah's voice, I'm soon falling asleep. But, i don't want to stop looking at her beautiful face, especially when she keeps saying "look at my face". I didn't want to not listen to the doctor. Lol!!! So, I end up getting more tired. Any suggestions?
