Hi guys! This is a whispered asmr video to help clear and calm your mind before sleep. It's got lots of ear to ear whispers, mic touching and brushing, personal attention, comforting you, “follow my instructions,” tapping, and more.
I ended up reusing the same background from my fairy roleplay bc I thought it was so calming - I might leave it up as a permanent set-up in my studio haha, let me know if you think so too!

As an adult with Aspergers, I find being around and conversing with people fairly uncomfortable and sometimes distressing. However, for some reason, rambling/talking ASMR is one of the only things that really calms me down and clears my jangles...I wonder if it's because it's human company (which we all crave in some way), but without the social contract, or need for interpretation.. The contact, but not the expectation...? Anyway, thanks for these, it's very much appreciated.. .

I’m only like 10 min in and I’m sure you will still have me way more relaxed and ready for bed than any other ASMR video, I’m probably alone in this but I don’t like the mic scraping I’m not sure if it’s the covers that’s making it different or what. However Sarah you are still a rockstar!!! Thank you for putting in the time! Even when there are triggers that don’t work for me I know they may work for someone else but I love your whispers. Wow core unintentional ASMR memory unlocked - I used to go to the eye doctor and I noticed every time the technician would do the exam she would say "blink.... blink again" and without knowing it would always give me ASMR tingles... as soon as you said "blink... blink again" I was taken right back to that memory...
