    An hour of exercise adding three hours cannot be correct. However, the rest of this as well as the theme is correct.

      But a new study says that for every hour you exercise you gain SEVEN HOURS OF LIFE

    That's actually a little depressing. I'm 61. If I exercise three hours per week for the next ten years, I will have added 4500 hours to my life, or about 6 months. Damn.

      Thanks for the reply. I definitely plan to exercise. I think it makes life better as well as a little longer.
