Humans will live forever after death. This life is temporary. True life is the life after death. Once we die our creator will again resurrect us on the Judgment day.And on that day if you have believed in Allah and have followed his book Quran then you will be succeed in hereafter life.
      God Almighty says,
“Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose) and that you would not be brought back to Us?”
      (Quran 23:115)
From above verse, we can conclude, we were indeed created for a purpose beyond that of simply play and enjoyment in this life. We have the purpose of life that we should know and have to live life according to that purpose.
God almighty describes purpose of this life,
I have not created the jinn and the men except for this that they should worship Me. I do not ask any sustenance of them, nor do I ask them to feed Me. Allah Himself is the Sustainer, Possessor of power and might.
      Quran 51 (56-58)
From the ayah, it is clear that the creation of humans, as well as jinns, is for the purpose of worshiping Allah Almighty.
We believe that there is only One Creator Who created us and we acknowledged Him, we all know that He created us (humankind) to serve Him. There is a reason behind the creation of this world and humankind.
If you worship Allah then it's for your own benifit. Because we don't have that much power. Allah sustains us. He feed every single creature on the face of the earth. We all are dependent on Him.
      God almighty says,
We have not created the heavens and the earth and whatever lies between them merely in sport: We have created them with the truth, but most of them do not know. For the resurrection of them all, the appointed time is the Day of Decision.
      Qur'an 44 (38:40)
The day of Decision means the day of Judgment when Allah almighty will gather all Mankind starting from First to the last. Allah almighty will resurrect them which means Allah will give us life after death.
And on that day if you have believed in Allah and have followed his final revelation Qur'an then we will be given eternal life in Paradise.
Hereafter life is the eternal life either in Hell or Paradise depending upon the good deeds.Hereafter life is true life we all should work for that life not for that which is temporary.
The people of Paradise will visit one another, recognise one another and meet one another in the Gardens of delights. This is part of the perfect delight of the people of Paradise. There is nothing to prevent someone of a lower status in Paradise from visiting one who is above him, as also happens in this world.
God almighty speaks about life after death,
As regards those, who believe and do good deeds, We will admit them into Gardens underneath which canals flow, wherein they will abide for ever. This promise of Allah is true and who can be truer in his word than Allah?
      Qur'an 4 (122)

It’ll not just the diet… Look at his mental framework, he’s the ultimate optimist! Also: he does only 2 meals per day and undergoes a long period of fasting; his mantra “when hungry, drink a glass of water “. He kept himself physically and mental active. He uses food to support his whole being and therefore he needs small portions of very nutritious foods. Look how frugal his food stack was; he has massive respect and appreciation for food. It’s the combination of all these dimensions that got him to 100 years. Not just one thing… ❤

I suggest, from obsrvations and personal experience, that yogasanas in addition to the 2 mile walks prescribed by the Professor, plus maintaing the attitude to keep on learning, will add to the prescription. TACTFUL TOO! He could have easily mentioned the SUGARY SPORTS DRINKS, PEPSI AND COKE in regard to the great obseity problems we're having among our YOUTH now, but he didn't.
My friend (at 104) stated that her secret to longevity was NO VITAMINS and avoiding visits to DOCTOR'S OFFICES!
My friend who is an AVID reader of holistic medicines (which our INSURANCE companies wont' cover, of course.)
said she'd "rather pee her pants than take any STATINS" and that included pee running down the back of the horse she was riding at the time. ha . like to see a WHOLE VIDEO DEDICATEDTO this "medical push" on "manufactured statins." I put her picture as athe cover on a song titled "Her High Horse." btw.
WHAT GREAT INTERVIEW with Dr. Scharffenberg!
Being a Seventh Day Adventist Church member and in commeration of those wonderful Church Members whose RECEPIES were absolutely excellently prepare, today we made a GIANT pan full of an half of an eggplant SLICED and yes, FRIED in Canola oil, then with added real butter and spaghetti on top...I want to ask Dr. Scharffenber, why does he think we get "addicted" to the "flavor of" the fried (cooked) egg plant ? We dip the sliced egg plant (peeled, sorry?) into the egg with some milk, and coat it with Whole wheat flour... Now, whenever my daughter and I cook egg plant, we with automatically THINK of Dr. Scharffenberg! Google spell check rolls wont' correct my word. COMMERATION, but I swear it's a word! To "commerate" HONOR and respect !
Please ask the doctor where he'll be in the next few months and see if he's like to vist San Diego, California sometime soon?
Btw, in thinking that most of the BEST opera singers were always overweight, and believing that "weight "might have "added somewhat, to the physical power of the human voice..." I' asked the classical guitarist in Italy, to please back me up on my COMEDY, titled "Opera at its Worst!" The Doctor seem to have, BTW, bypassed a "dissertation upon" the healthy wine drinkers of Sicily in his diagnoses, uthink?
Well one glass of red wine, and here goes my offer !
      Sincerely,
Lynda Faye's "Opera at its Worst" and
"One Enchanted Evening, I Met an OLD friend..." (ha ha not a funny at all)
