How can we trust courts when experts will blatantly try to mislead knowing there is virtually no comeuppance. They are the same photo in cross.
Johnny Depp has much more money and resources compared to Amber. How come he relies more on Dr Curry when he could very well afford board certified specialists to outdo the four board certified experts on Amber Heard's team? Perhaps Depp does not want the truth revealed? Why do you all make large leaps in missing out on logic when it comes to this wannabe Pirate?
For $1000 an hour they will go on stand and say whatever you want pretty much is the idea.
Amber was asked if the photos images were changed, she said NO. Surely she has to be taken to account for that lie!

So they gave this guy the phone that Amber took the photos with but didn't give it to the other expert? When he specifically said it would be impossible to verify the photos without the original copy & the phone they were taken with & its corresponding logs. How convenient.

Let me see what he's suggesting. He's asserting that Amber Heard provided visually identical pictures in terms of hair strand placement, facial angle, angle even the reflective gleams of the lights in her earrings...the only difference supposedly being the vanity lighting.
But then she or her publicist went into the files to make the files have identical file dates/times down to the second. And gave the two separate photos the same file number?
1) That indicates some intentional manipulation of the evidence...of the photo files record system. But he has testified there was no manipulation of the image files. That is contrary to the evidence There was.
2) So either the dates were manipulated (two diff. images given the same file names) or the a single photo was (which retained the date/file number).
The first case seems inexplicable. Why would someone do that? To what end would they alter a photo to record as another photo to suggest they were derived from the same photo? Unless the photos fell outside the chain of custody within the Heard camp.
I think that Heards legal team is desperately trying to conceal that faked evidence was provided into evidence. That's a serious ethical and legal violation. Hauling up witnesses to hide that is even more egregious.
BTW the Heard team did not allow the Depp team with the metadata that would have allowed them the ability to establish the veracity of the images. BUT the did allow THIS expert witness access to SOME of the images metadata.
That demonstrates even more culpability by the Heard legal team.

Couldn't agree more. He took every witness apart slowly, piece by piece.
No matter who represented Amber Heard, it was clear to see how all her evidence was either fabricated - or lies.
He spent years building his career and reputation. One wrong woman in life changed everything for him! Never been a fan of Johnny. Didn't really watch his films. Didn't even know about UK trial before. But this breaks my heart looking at him during this trial. I came to admire him so much for standing up for himself and accepting his flaws. Love his sense of humour. And I'm gonna watch all of his films. What I also love the most is how people united for this...to support one person.. all over the world. I just want him to win this case and never look back, also give hope that there is justice.

She testified that two pictures in her submitted pictures were taken at different times and the color differentiations were from a make up light versus the light on the mirror being used, that was a lie because the pictures were in fact one picture taken at the same time and color corrected “by someone” to make it appear as if a fair skinned woman had redness on her face. The attempt to tell people they don’t see what they see is embarrassing, if she wins this case, it’s a crime
Yes! I loved they showed the time stamp that was the same, down to the second. There's no way she took another pic after turning on a light in the same second...absolutely impossible. That and the former TMZ employee testimony, should have put the last nail in her ⚰️.

Hair stands same, facial muscles same, facial angle identical, reflections of the twinkles in her diamond earstuds are identical (and those would change if new lights were turned on), shadows on her face and on the bathroom are the same...the whole reason for vanity lighting. Then there is the identity of the File date/time (to the second) and image series number.
I suspect that there is a photo on the phone (if not erased) that would show the next picture in the series.
I hope the jury sees through this and the judge or the DA investigates a fraud perpetrated on the court for evidence tampering.

This witness was being used as a rebuttal to the expert yesterday that testified one of those photos was edited, most likely the saturated one. Today, JD’s attorney asked THIS witness (who is claiming there’s no proof things has been edited) how it’s possible that if neither of these have been edited - then how could they have the same time stamp of when they were taken, down to the exact same second? He had no answer for this

And that if the tmz guy claims that it has then that is false since the metadata points to the photo which was sent from the iso app(Photo) that app can be used for editing and keeping photos too .

We saw Johnny more than ever before he turned 58 last month. The trial lasted for hours. His entire private life was exposed before the eyes of the world. He was looking so tired the last few days. Regardless of the verdict, he won in the court of public opinion and that's what matters at the end of the day.
Has anyone else noticed that while Depp's team is very polite and formal, addressing everyone with Mr and Ms, including their own clients, Amber's team or witnesses don't and usually refer to "Amber" and Amber herself speaks of Johnny using his first name while Johnny only calls her Miss Heard.... these things put in perspective the manners you have and the importance/respect you give to people. Which is zero for Amber and her part.

Once again AH's legal team presents an "expert" witness that falls completely apart. Not only was he not very believable but he was suspiciously sparse on his "expert" knowledge on every aspect of this and seems to have used whatever he could find to support AH and ignoring anything that didn't fit that narrative.

He was instructed to inspect all the photos provided by A Heard but only would attest to the ones disputed by the plaintiffs as being authentic. When asked to confirm that all the photos were authentic, he would not confirm one way or the other.
She literally does what every suspect on the first 48 show does always claiming ignorance and not knowing then lying on top of other lies until the story just doesn’t make sense..if she was being interrogated by police she would be arrested..jury better get it right.

Okay so this guy confirmed that there are other versions of the images that Mr Neumeister was concerned had been edited in "Photos". Which is what Mr Neumeister already stated. But if this guy has identified which ones are the originals, why aren't they showing us what those ones look like... This hasn't proved anything. He has just reiterated what Mr Neumeister said about there being lots of different versions of the same photos. Now why don't you clarify for the jury what the 'original' ones look like.

its true and julian was asked to research but he only researched the basic metadata which reveals NOTHING. thats it! any CREDIBLE expert would look at the software and embedded metadata. he is hiding alot of information.

You don't need to be an "expert" to see that one picture has been darkened or brightened. The questions should be, which of the pictures was the original & who may have altered the picture. Digital pictures have metadata & signatures which could rather easily be determined, kinda like a fingerprint.
It would be true if those photo came from the main source but once they are downloaded on a software you change the xfdata which can be time date,etc. To identified without a doubt a pictures is the original it needs to be from the source or you can show that they came from that source. In this case like the first expert said they came from back up of back up of back up which now makes it impossible to be sure what is the main source. Also the fact she can't and didn't save everything on the main device is very telling. Also in a court of law only original of electronics evidence is seen as legit anything else is consider as false evidence. Her team can be in big problem because it can debate that they fabricate evidence since those photo can be proven to be edited. That is why they were so scared while the first witness testemony.

This guy said the original photo came from an Iphone X. Iphone X was released in nov 2017. The photos are meant to be taken in May of 2016. Either the expert lied and that wasn't really the original photo or it was the original photo, but the dates were changed.

The unedited photos basically doesn’t determine that Amber used bruise kit makeup design and I believe she did in fact use makeup to look like a bruise. She has lied about being the victim. Johnny was and is the victim.
Also look at her makeup day to day it's like a teenager applied it. She clearly doesn't know how to use concealer those dark undereyes are bad her color choices really do not match her. She should have had a makeup artist do flawless makeup everyday so that her photos came out looking like she knew what she was doing clearly she does not think ahead

He says since they're from the devices directly that means they're obviously the original files. Except clearly they've been backed up from the original phone to this iPhone X (pronounced iPhone ten). 🙄
@@Leptons_ Exactly. He used “original” and “source” i.e. the “source” of the photos were from phones developed after she left the relationship. It augments Mr. Nuimester’s testimony:- there is no way to authenticate the photos based on the methodology used to collect the photos in the first place.

Neumeister literally said that the data is inconclusive and easily edited so he didn't have an opinion that favoured Johnny or Amber - and wasn't allowed to comment on the visual evidence of tampering let alone the other tests he had. Why even bother having this guy speak? He's saying it all again with the implication he isn't agreeing...
It's very suspicious that this expert witness seemed to not have been muzzled by the court is what he was allowed to say. Yet the expert witness who has extensive experience working on top secret cases for the US Government wasn't allowed to get an entire sentence out without an Objection being sustained. Anytime the judge allows an expert to be that constricted in what they can say there is something shady going on. And I say that after playing both Amber & Johnny's experts testimonies for my brother-in-law & his wife. He's a high stake corporate lawyer & she's a DA just outside DC. She wouldn't comment her opinion of Elaine who ranks highly in our area. But the eye roll & smirk she had when Elaine's name came up said enough for me.
But Johnny's team did an excellent job of reading it all in for the record proving it WASN'T allowed which will allow him to appeal a negative ruling on this portion should that happen.

it's such a tedious discussion, all teams should have to provide the raw data or originals if existent. I wonder why the court accepts perhaps altered prints in evidence at all. If the photos are synced across your devices then there would be no reason for the file names to change from an ios version to photos. Unless edited and re-saved.

The two pictures were taken at the same time, but Amber Heard claims that she switched the vanity light on and took another picture, you cannot do that within less than one second especially not without any movement of the hair and position of the face. Another perjury. My hope is that regarding her perjury all perjuries even if as single entities would not substantially change the outcome of the trial will be seen as collectively having a substantial outcome on the trial.
Nailed it. (I mean she could do it if she had her friend switch the light on in under a second - but, the O/S file system of the original phone could not allow the saving of the 2nd file with the same FILE name to the same directory. So the problem is that the original data has been hidden by Amber - and these 2 files are from 2 different devices. (She obviously edited the photo, got rid of that device or devices, and then backed up a back up of each, not realizing that by having the names be identical (backed up to 2 devices, e.g. a phone and an iPad) actually discredits them. If one was original then the other COULD NOT have the same name - so they're both copies. File Names can't be identical on these types of devices unless one changes the directory one is saving to, and THAT takes more than a second to do.) I don't think this expert is trustworthy or reasonable in his statements since HE KNOWS the device he got was not the original device on which the photos were taken.

The other IT stated quite simply that he couldn't say if they were authentic because they were not the original documents and he comes along and says they are. We in the field cry foul on such lies. Just saving a file changes it. If it has a software identifier in the metadata the image has been altered by that software.

He wasn’t able to find it because he didn’t have the original devices it’s convenient that this guy was able to get the original devices … smh.

Bottom line is that she intentionally distributed multiple very obviously altered versions of the same photos to many people (who also then shared them with others) & almost none of them look the same color-wise. If we're to believe any of the attorneys in the courtroom and neither of these digital photo experts can prove nor disprove that they have actually been edited, altered or color-corrected then all photos in question should be thrown out as evidence. At the very least, if I'm a juror I wouldn't be able to rely on ANY of those as "authentic" & would therefore disregard. It's not that ironic though how this simply follows her inconsistent & contradictory theme throughout every other aspect of this circus. She, her attorneys & her witnesses can't seem to keep ANYTHING straight but for some reason have all basically insisted that everyone else on the planet are total idiots. They are all incompetent, rude, disrespectful & dismissive...just like Amber. I'm thinking less than 1 full day of jury deliberation tomorrow...most likely a verdict by dinner time.

Quite frankly, all these attorneys are lacking. They don't know how to nail down the witnesses and interpret their answers for the jury.

This trial makes me realise that men should have fair rights as women in violation protection.
