Johnny's lawyers have vetted thier witnesses so well. It's interesting to listen to these professionals. Amber's team seemed to have found a traveling carnival and sa8d, "Everyone! On the bus, we got a job for you!"

It’s great that this Dr was called to testify as last witness. Just shameful that the other side kept trying to say that Johnny cut off his finger himself.

He's gorgeous!! And yet she's calling him an old fat man on the audio recordings, as she's verbally and physically abusing him. I'm so glad he finally stood up and exposed her to the world .That takes guts for a man to admit he's being abused by a woman. Justice for Johnny!!

It takes a lot more than being a stunning looking man to be a "catch." And I can list about ten things than make Johnny a catch. Unfortunately, somehow or other Amber had shown some mutual interests with Johnny -- who was making his choice on more than looks -- blues music, etc. I don't remember all the others, but his interest in her was based on substantive characteristics that he thought were there. Somehow she was able to "show" them. I was really impressed by his "list," and felt really sorry that after he married her, the other side came out. I'm familiar with that from my Borderline Personality mother and her second husband. She had furniture in storage and no money to get it out. She met him at the soda counter at the drug store, invited him home. He brought records, she feigned an interest in that music. As well as in his interests in the forest, hiking, etc. So when he asked her to marry him, she said yes, and he thought he knew what he was getting. What SHE was getting was her furniture. When she got pregnant, the fit hit the shan because he had believed himself to be infertile. So she proceeded to treat him like the devil from that day forward. We (her kids) loved him and he loved us back. She had a baby and only loved her when he was around. She didn't even set him a place at the table -- took his dinner on a tray table to the living room. I could go on but I won't. Just Be careful. And if you find out you were wrong before you're in too deep, get out. As fast and as far as you can go!! They do NOT get better. Eventually, virtually ALL of her children became estranged out of self defense. Be careful. Johnny was rooked, and has been paying for it ever since. My love and empathy to him. He is every bit the fine person my stepfather was. Fortunately, he got away a little sooner still. And even that won't save him from a lifetime of pain if she can find ways to administer it.

Amber’s was the freakin worst I had heard … it caused hardcore misophonia😳🫣😖-I have that about mouth noises anyway, but the nast I heard from AH’s mouth was a highly visceral level for me. I think it was because it was so damn obvious that she was experiencing a visceral reaction herself-dryer than all hell dry mouth literally because she was lying from it any time she spoke, as well as being disgustingly inauthentic or accountable-the entire time!

Since each side in the Depp v. Heard case has their own mental health expert, and their opinions are totally opposite, regarding Heard’s mental status and both opinions are compelling and it’s difficult to decide which one to believe and both could be biased towards their client, why doesn’t the court order a third mental health expert to examine Heard? And when the court orders another expert, they should choose an expert who has way more years of experience that the two dueling experts, and also has years of experience of testifying to the court and totally non biased towards either side. I think this is what the jury will have a hard time making a decision as to who to believe. The meta data issue I think will not have affect on the jury’s decision because its too complex of information to understand and unless all the jury members know and understand the complexity of meta data, they will just dismiss that testimony from the experts and not consider anything in the expert’s opinions when making their verdict. I believe the decision of the jury will cause the whole trial to be a wash, having both sides not getting anything. In the end, however, I believe Depp will be the victor, having gained a better public perception, which will help him get cast in future opportunities in the film market. Also, I believe this trial has hurt Heard’s image to the public as well as maybe causing the film making market to make a pass on considering her for future opportunities in that market, but I think she will get more endorsement opportunities in the future. I’m leaning more towards Depp’s side though, not because I’m a fan or anything like that, but because the witnesses on his side sound more believable, and most of Heard’s witnesses were over exaggerating a lot in their testimony. And Heard’s attorneys sound and I get a perception that they don’t believe their own client and have lost faith in her, almost as though they come off of as just being public defenders and just protecting her rights and not considering anything else.

I'm so sick of Heard's team bringing up the money experts are being paid. All expert witnesses get paid, by both sides. All Heard's experts were getting paid very well, except most of her's were hacks or directly or previously employed by her. That male psychologist was just a total weirdo. A surgeon of Gilbert's standing would NEVER risk their reputation for a few thousand or even a few hundred thousand. He's not practicing above a convenience store ffs. He doesn't need the money. Further more, in over 20 years he's only testified as an expert 10 times. In other words he's not a professional expert witness. In fact, it would account for almost nothing of his gross income.

Rather than being bad lawyers it may be that AH is a difficult case with alot of factual inconsistencies. Both sides are doing their best to make their client look good in a bad situation and one side seems to be more effective at doing this.
Of all scenarios proposed, flying vodka bottle was the most likely.... case closed

My educated guess is he DID move slightly coming from the previous abuse, whether he realizes it or not. He’s even said in testimony that on their honeymoon he’d know when she was starting in her irretrievable mental place, survivors get to know that look they get. So yes, everything is perceived as unexpected when others fortunate enough not to have the experience dealing with people like AH. Do yourself a huge favor, watch the old movie Mommy Dearest. Place AH as the mommy and you’ll get a glimpse.

I thought Amber said, ‘Johnny shut it inside folding doors on purpose’ which sounds ridiculous by intended conception. With punching a hard surface the fingers would’ve easily become buckled & broken, or impact sprained & dislocated from force generation, not just a single tip injured by such a high velocity impact described with the comminuted fracture.
With consideration to the alternate, more feasible, scenario presented by Team Depp, the marble countertop, being ungiving, would’ve acted naturally as a support brace against the instantaneous shock impact preventing any finger buckling from occurring in the punching manner described which would’ve been present from the insinuated impact proposed by Team Amber, especially with the assumed upper dorsal angle. Not to mention that angle of the digit placement, which I am somewhat unclear on, given it’s four basic dividing angled directions of reception from its distal center-point upon impact that caused the lacerating damage which should’ve proven this clearly, dorsal, radial, volar, ulnar. It’d have been nice to see 2D stencil etches on the perceived laceration from all 4 sides to get a clearer idea of the slice. ✋🏻

It’s clear enough, with as flexible as the hand is Johnny’s angle of rest is also determined by the various perceived capable rotational abilities of the torso, along with shoulder, neck, head mobility. Physical mobility is a very dynamic process.

Depp was out of his mind after taking vast amounts of drugs and booze, he trashed that house using the injured finger to write graffiti with his blood mixed with black marker finger. It is very likely the compound fracture happened at this time. It would be impossible for a splinter of glass to cause the fracture even if it was possible to have the soft tissue cut that way. The finger would also have to be singled out for it to happen that way. Note no injuries to any of the other fingers. It could have been caused when smashing the wall phone against the wall as holding the phone prevented a closed fist, this was possible. Why would Amber pick the phone out. If one was to do a reconstruction it would certainly disprove the doctors theory. Of course they were chosen to put that particular theory forward. They were paid enormous sums of money to do so. No other glass injuries, no lodged glass makes one inclined to believe it was caused trashing the phone. Johnny Depp is known to have trashed property and is video taped doing just that while out of his mind on drink and drugs.
