Sorry to hear about your experience.
I had a relatively good experience in that lounge last time I flew back from Cancun in early March. That may be because I was there in the morning. Not too crowded. The American Airlines changed the gate twice before my flight and I had access to the internet and getting the information. I also found the food and breakfast being delicious and the staff being polite and helpful.
I was there last week. Great experience just like yours. Not sure what is to shifus standards
Agreed with your assessment of this lounge, although it was better than sitting in the main terminal, I hope they work on a plan to renovate this lounge. I was in Playa del Carmen we visited this location on 04/11/2019 before our return to Miami

We went to this lounge last year. Yea, sounds about right. We were there for about 20 mins and left. lol
I try to give ya heads up. Maybe you did not read my comment. My flight was early morning empty n sink was working but breakfast was not ready. Coffee machine made a great coffee and nice staff but double thumbs dwn

I bought the Secrid Wallet. After owning this wallet for about 6 months now, I think it's one of the best wallets I ever owned. You should consider selling wallets that pull out credit cards using a retracting pull tab or eject button.

Hello! It's a pitty your experience was that terrible, If you ever come back to Cancun and you flight by terminal 4, please visit our lounges they are so much bigger than our terminal 3 and 2 lounges and we have better food, meanwhile I'm writting this comment the lounge is actually empty because it´s early in the morning you could enjoy the lounge just for yourself! Hope to see you soon!
My experience at this lounge, very crowded, dirty, women's bathroom had no hand soap (which my gf hated) food just eh, but better than sitting out near the terminal. I guess
6/18/2019 just checked this out in Terminal 3.
It was empty, bfast was eh.. there was only one couple including my family. It was better than waiting at the gate. But no snacks to take on the flight so I agree with CS.
Was the basin working in the gents restroom?
It was slowwwww (water pressure)
FYI - Mexico sewage system does not handle toilet paper so they have a waste basket nearby to dispose of your “used” toilet paper.

Hey I wanted to ask and if anyone could answer, I'm planning to to get a couple of credit cards within this year but I'm 3 months away from being out of Chase's 5/24. Here is my card history so far
Capital One Platinum: 1yr, 9 mos (will become 10 mos this month, Apr)
Chase Freedom Unlimited: 1yr, 8 mos
Furniture Store #1: 1yr, 8 mos
Furniture Store #2: 1yr, 5 mos
If I were to apply for a non-chase card right now does that mean I have to wait until Apr 2021 or I am still able to get a Chase card in July? (Yes I know I can/should apply for that Chase card right now, but I like to make sure I'm paying for the annual fee during a month I feel it's most convenient)

Yeah that place sucked & was so crazy busy when I was there. Still better than many US lounges though.
