- University of South Florida head coach Erik Jenkins mic'd up at his home track meet in Tampa, Florida where sophomore Abdul-Rasheed Saminu would run 9.95 (+3.6m/s), the fastest 100m mark in Division I NCAA and #3 in the world all-conditions this year.

He is a task oriented coach which means they are having fun in their sport
Everyone doing a sport no matter the coach should be having fun in their sport
But I get you, usually these coaches have very successful athletes when they are having fun and just running and in general every sport
