    • 2 cups rice (Thai Jasmine long grain rice or any kind you desire)
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons margarine
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 1 teaspoon soysauce
    • ½ teaspoon sugar
    • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
    • ¼ teaspoon chicken / beef powder
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper
    TOPPINGS :
    • 150 grams chicken, diced
    • 6 peeled shrimps
    • 1 teaspoon soysauce
    • 1 sausage, sliced
