the worst they can do is Block the Video and they also can ban you from going live it depends on the copyright holders agreement with youtube they are not in control of that , at first they remind you cant monetize the video its what happens after and it all on a case by case basis as some music has several Right holders . as you know I do the Music Shorts and you tube offers song as safe to use and Rights holder have demanded take down I have also receive many strikes that was why I stopped posting Short's for over 5 month last year I was on my second strike for my music shorts not even if like UMG or other big right holder says ok the Artist can demand take down so cant the person short the audio is taken from demand take down if my short gets more views then theirs I also received strikes for Images I used for my Music short like didn't consider album covers had copyrights they do as art and also covers with artist images they to have separate copyrights I have received strikes for that too . bottom line its not up to you tube and even if you tube says it good you just cant monetize your self that is a first step I have had take down orders months after the video was released.
I spent last winter removing all videos and shorts with any copyright claim from my channel , I'm not monetized but I still dont want the channel deleted , my Vlogging and games dont do big views at all but the music Shorts Cool vibes 101 this everywhere I post instagram tik tok you tube some of then get a million and more views .. I haven't played a lot with coolvibes 101 in a while But I use to do whole shows like Saturday night oldies , Top 40 count , and other themes like we use to do back when I was doing Radio and local cable community channel and such . I can tell you Shorts pay almost nothing but tiktok can be good because it has the most eyes you tube is ok Instagram , Facebook no longer shares any ad dollars followers can send star for anything you post any where ione your profile has 1000 follower each star is a penny but Facebook takes its cut from each haha Instagram is the same company same rule . it can take 10 pennys or stars to make 1 cent .
