Sometimes the homeless on Skid Row also get tired of living in such a hellish place and they get on public transportation and try to go live in one of LA's many suburbs. Here in Torrance, the residents are fearful of building a new subway station as they fear it will bring in more vagrants and crime. It is difficult to understand sometimes why we send 75 billion to Ukraine while we have over 580,000 homeless Americans living on our streets.
