    Paramotor extreme powered paragliding on the world's best paramotoring gear!! The Flat Top Ninja & Dominator paraglider give a whole new level of safety and capability that has completely revolutionized the sport.
    When you watch our videos and fall in love with what is completely possible and real in the sport do not then make the deadly mistake of thinking you can learn to do this or buy gear just anywhere. This is very very specialized equipment and there is only one place in the world offering true and real training that will give the skills to do anything even remotely close to this. Aviation is not a sport to learn by trial and error. Learn from the very best in the world and get the very best and safest equipment and it will be the most incredible experience of your lifetime.
    If your ready to take your first flight, Super Training is my 10-day paramotor training school where I personally take you from never having touched the glider to a master pilot in only 10-days. I do 5 training classes a year with 15 students a class down in Corpus Christi, Texas. I've been running these training classes for 18 years and have trained over 700 students safely.

    Seems like a good engine for this unit, hardly ever straining and just purring quietly along at very comfortable revolutions . Very nice indeed, but one can cut down the additional risks, there is no need to go stunting, but it is fun and when young one needs it, at least for a while.

Companies have 100% safety record I'm aware that sometimes its the person flying and not the motors fault but sometimes I here bad things about companies also....but awesome Dell I be looking into beginner paramotor prices and will def consider purchasing a FLATTOP

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 7 lety +1

      Thanks for your comments. I know money doesn't grow on trees but please listen as your life in the sport depends on it. Do not even think about training where you are. Those calling themselves instructors there literally can't even do what my brand new students can do but it's much worse than that. Those who are trained incorrectly up front very rarely recover. I would say it's a 97% chance it will completely ruin the sport for you. Come to the US and do the SUPER training. If I knew of any other way you could get true and real training closer to you I would tell you. When you are new to the sport it's really hard to see what it is you can't see. When at my skill level I can see everything in mere seconds of watching a person fly. Don't even think of or try to get training anywhere but SUPER training as it simply doesn't exist elsewhere. One guy who came to SUPER training from the UK set a world record on his 8th day of training: czcams.com/video/SgpvIXGwmIY/video.html just doing a foot drag alone is incredibly difficult as you have to maintain perfect altitude give or take only an inch or so. Doing that while flying around in a circle over uneven ground and while going cross wind, into the wind, down wind is a skill level far beyond those acting as instructors in your area. These skills of perfection just do not exist in training outside of SUPER training. When you learn wrong you just keep doing it wrong over and over year after year. That's why not even those who have been flying 15-20 years can do what brand new SUPER students can do. Lose control of your glider once because of terrible training and you can drop you glider in the prop or trip and fall down. Every little oops on the wrong gear can cost $2500-$6500 to repair and that's if you didn't get injured. So if you don't take SUPER training you will spend more in repairs then it would cost to come here to US for training and bring the gear home with you. Here is a video of one of my students utterly destroying a 15 year instructor who wandered by and pretended like he could do anything my students could do: czcams.com/video/xofO03FVtJk/video.html now think about having a motor on your back with a prop going 500 mph. Every time he lost control that could have been very expensive repairs. Notice my student didn't lose control and he had no hands on the controls. You simply can't lean mastery level skills from those who don't have them. Look at tons of videos of those calling themselves instructors and then look at the true and real skill level of their students. Then compare them to SUPER students. Watch the hands as that's a quick way to see if they are truly controlling the glider. If they hardly ever move they don't know what they are doing. Their hands should be constantly moving when touching the brakes or their body takes over if their hands are not on the brakes. SUPER training is well worth the trip from anywhere in the world. I've had people come from Malaysia, Africa, New Zealand and even Russia and it was worth every penny for them. Take the flight and do it right. Avoid the temptation to "try it and see how it works out" because once you get bad training those habits quickly turn into reflexes and they are very hard to fix later. Very few ever recover from bad training. If you graduate SUPER training you will immediately be one of the best pilots in your entire area. If you really want to be a paramotor pilot come to the very best one in the world for training. Then the ONLY unit to get is a Flat Top. It's not about considering it. There isn't anything else. It's that simple. If you want to compare just tell me what you would like to compare to and I can give you all the details you could possibly take in as to the true and real differences. When you lose control in a car it's the safety features that dictate the outcome. Everyone loses control at times. It's just the way it goes. So don't fall for the bs about how safety is up to the pilot and not the gear. It's simply not accurate. If you ride a dirt bike you are going to dump it. If you fly a paramotor you are going to smack into the ground. It's a fact of the sport. When you lose control if you don't have a Flat Top you are in a world of hurt. Come see me. I promise you it will be worth it 10 times over.

  • @channingburton7476
    @channingburton7476 Před 10 lety

    Another question, when your climbing out from a steep turn I notice you using your legs...stretching them out front. Is that just a habit or are you weight shifting with your legs like a Sea-Saw to help bring the wing down and level??? Or do I sound like a dumb-ass for even bringing it up.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 10 lety

      Not completely sure on that one. Post an exact time in the video and I can explain it. Only weight shift side to side is controlling the glider though. Perhaps you mean at the top of a steep climb out I stick my legs up or even start running. That's just for fun as I almost go weightless so it is more like sticking your hands up on a roller coaster. Let me know a time in the video though and I can confirm that this is the case. There are many details and little things that do really matter so I'm happy to point them out.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 8 lety +2

      +paragliderpete The Flat Top is the most reliable paramotor on the market but even still an engine out would not really be a danger. More of just a big inconvenience. When foot dragging on water at speed like that ya still have enough energy to make it to shore and put the glider into the trees. So wasn't too worried about it.

    Awesome video! Where is this?

  • @EverytingStonk
    @EverytingStonk Před 8 lety

    Let's say, if I am to go either paramotor alone, or along with another person, is it possible to do or fit all of this?
    Emergency parachute (don't think this is a big deal of a load), extra engine and fan blade, conversion of single person paramotor to double person paramotor (extra parachute size in storage for heavier load in a single paramotor) in case either one paramotor is totally broken down and are hopeless to be repaired.
    Well, I am really paranoid when it comes to safety and backups, I wish to have everything prepared. Rofl, I never tried paramotor or paragliding before.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 8 lety +2

      +ze Leonidas Yes it's possible but really quite unreasonable. The Flat Top paramotor is incredibly reliable so you don't need to carry a spare engine with you everywhere you go. A cell phone to call for help is more then plenty for the just in case. Do airplanes carry around spare engines and props? No. It's not like you are flying to Hawaii over thousands of miles of water. These are the dirt bike of the sky so you plan trips accordingly. Just call me directly with questions as I invented it and have way over 11,000 flights so I'm quite handy if you have any questions. 800-707-2525.

    That looks like about 6 tons of fun
    Do you have a risk management thought process that you run through before you make a run like that? Or do you rest on your experience? Was that your first time down that particular canyon?
    In a previous comment you use the term "energy in the wing." What do you mean by that?

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 10 lety +3

      Yes the whole time I'm flying I have a what if plan for if the motor dies or I run out of gas or something. I also fly pretty fast so I keep as much energy left in the wing. Air speed gives you options. So if the motor were to stop running I am still flying a glider that can do quite a bit without the motor. Perhaps that would be an interesting idea for a video. I could shut my motor off just a few feet off the ground and show people what you can still do to land safely no problem. Even in spirals sideways I still generally have enough speed in the wing that I can make a very nice landing.

  • @cevljar2
    @cevljar2 Před 10 lety

    What do you do if the engine is shut down

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 10 lety +1

      That is actually a main focus when flying like this. We are continually keeping in mind exactly what the plan will be if the motor were to die at any second. The more skill and better the quality and safety of the gear the less risks there are. The risks that newer pilots see in this video are not nearly as big as really do exist. Coming down the canyons I'm constantly looking for where I can set down or land safely. On the water I try to stay close enough to the shore that if the motor died during a foot drag the energy left in the wing could still give enough lift to get me to the short. It obviously wouldn't be perfect but I believe it would be safe if I were to turn towards shore and run straight into the weeds and tall brush allowing the glider to land over the top of the trees as I get out of the unit with the quick release. So while I'm risking the gear quite a bit I would say the risk to my own safety is really quite minimal. There are certain points where the risks are higher but I'm very careful to minimize them as much as possible.
      You can see clearly how I fly in my 570+ videos but in over 11,000+ flights I've never once been injured. That doesn't mean it is impossible but it helps shed some reality on the true level of risks I'm really taking. I've definitely had my oopsies but every time so far they have worked out as I had pre-planned and ended up little more than an inconvenience and damage to the gear and not myself. I've never once been injured. Having the Flat Top & Dominator is absolutely a huge gigantic critical part of that. It's why I cannot stress strongly enough how important it is for all people to fly this level of quality of gear. The Flat Top & Dominator will really save your bacon in soooooo many ways. 9 more people have died in just the last few months and if you look at how they died and then look at the safety features and design of the Flat Top it would be rather obvious that the odds they would have died on a Flat Top & Dominator are almost completely zero. So 9 deaths could have been almost completely averted had they just flow the very best and safest gear. Having the right gear is THAT important. My not being injured even one single time is no accident:). I've crashed and totaled well over a dozen Flat Top paramotors doing all sorts of wild and crazy things. The fact that I've never even once been injured is a huge gigantic testament to the safety of the Flat Top & Dominator. It is absolutely a stupefyingly incredibly good setup and the safety is hard to comprehend fully until it really saves your life a few times.
      I cannot be passionate enough or more adamant how absolutely mandatory it should be for everyone concerned with their safety to fly the Flat Top & Dominator. It makes an absolute and total life & death difference. Crap WILL happen even if you just fly straight and level. The outcome of a loss of control will be determined by the gear you choose to fly. Once the pilot is out of control it is completely up to the gear to determine the outcome. Nothing else will save your bacon like the Flat Top & Dominator. It is the most incredible paramotoring gear on earth, the biggest breakthrough in the history of the sport and has literally rendered all other paramotoring gear on earth totally and utterly obsolete.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Před 7 lety

      They are the same total flat out liars just like Fister. One of my brand new students had to literally help their "instructor" just try to launch. See for yourself how totally and absurdly incompetent these people are when the camera is rolling when they don't get to highly edit the footage: czcams.com/video/vWSiVWdeLIA/video.html that's a brand new student who I trained launching piece of cake and flying around their lead instructor Mike Robinson when then had to land again to try to help him launch after watching him blow launch after launch after launch. These people don't have even the most basic skills in the sport and they are out there totally defrauding people to their deaths pretending to be expert instructors. These sickos even use the usppa fraud to pretend they are "certified instructors". Here is a video of Jeff Goin who set up the usppa fraud where he sells "certifications" to those like Mike Robinson who have never had a day of proper training in their lives and don't have even the most basic skill. Watch as Goin in the back CHEATS and still loses to not only me but all my students. All team Flat Top pilots took all 4 top places in their own glider control competition. That's my students blowing away their fake instructors again: czcams.com/video/yOZ3RKLb6xk/video.html Jeff Goin who setup the scam website that defrauds people into thinking total liars are "certified instructors" is the one in the back who can't even get his glider up. Then it comes back down. Then he cheats and pulls it back up. The rules are once your glider touches the ground you are out. So even after cheating he STILL lost. Then notice the black & yellow glider; that's another usppa fraud instructor named Paul Czarnacki who has literally never had a day of training in his life. Notice he loses control of his glider not battling with another competitor but literally just loses control because he simply doesn't even have the skills to keep the wing up!!! Supposedly a "usppa certified instructor" but as you can see he doesn't have even the most basic skills. He just recently broke his back on the total crap gear he pushes after I told him many times very clearly that would happen if he didn't switch to flying quality gear like the Flat Top. Nothing new though another blackhawk "instructor" who is also "usppa certified" broke his back TWICE in a single year on the blackhawk crap gear. He is the one who also after breaking his own back twice in a single year killed 2 students in a single month. THAT is what goin calls a "certified instructor". I really don't like to put people down but people's lives depend on this life & death critical info. People need to know the usppa and ushpa are total flat out scams that just sell ratings to anyone who will pay. I literally had my friends dog signed up as a "certified instructor"!!!!! For $35 they were literally going to sign off a dog as an instructor sight unseen. There was even a video of goin covered in blood from another of his victims but somehow they threatened the guy and got him to take it down. He was shredded in his prop because they totally flat out lied to him about what gear to get. Just LOOK at the total lack of protection from the prop, or crumple zone, quick release harness, handless seating, face plant protection or ANY of the most basic common sense safety updates that have pretty much completely eliminated all the most common issues. Instead of recommending the Flat Top which zero people have ever died on they instead spread every lie they can make up and have numerous websites setup specifically to lie about me and the best and safest gear. These psychos don't care one bit who they kill. After my students and I obliterated them in their own competition they of course banned me from defending my championship title and claimed it was because I was unsafe. Me who has never once been injured in way way way way over 11,000 flights compared to them who have all been injured. Goin went through the window of an RV just trying to do what my brand new students can do and ended up in the hospital. This is only a tiny tiny portion of the full truth about these sickos. They all are part of the same fraud though so they can pretend they are "certified". One look at their true and real skill levels though and it get's really obvious.

Well I am new to the sport and have been on all kinds of ppg sights filling out who to go to with schools and what equipment is better than others. Also black hawk has commented about other questions I have asked along with scout paramotors. So not one singled out.In this sport it's a cut throat world, like dell stated and blackhawk. They all said one thing do research on who you are going to school and their equipment they are selling. So I am sorry if i affended you ,whom ever the hell you are, nor do I care!! I think dells great also like some stuff blackhawk has to offer. So let make America great again ha aha .......😃

    Problem with this splendid journey is that there's no safe place to make an emergency landing.

      If that were true I wouldn't have way way over 11,000 flights without a single injury. As the best pilot in the world it's all about having a plan and a back up just in case. So incorrect judgement.

      +Dell Schanze I realize you are a world famous paramotor trainer. I know you have planed out where you intend to land. From what little I know you can't touch down in just any spot in that canyon if your motor stops. Most of the terrain in the flight footage looks manageable land. If it were me I'd never fly that canyon alone. I enjoyed this footage BTW.

      Yes that's the difference. If you are not an expert in the sport you see problems but when you have my experience level you see many options. At your skill level you definitely shouldn't fly down those canyons. Train with me though and get the best gear in the world like the guy I was flying with and it's no problem at all.

      +Dell Schanze I live in Italy and there are almost no regulations where to fly as long as your not within 1 kilometer radius of a major airport. Many people have crashed in this sport here.

      Yes I have flown there and it's an awesome place to fly. Just look at my paramotor Italy videos. Yes it's very sad that you don't have any proper training there and most of the gear people are pushing is horrifically outdated. I've had several people from Italy come to SUPER training and just bring the Flat Top paramotor package back with them on their flight home. SUPER Lino is one of them who I trained and he graduated SUPER training with absolutely incredible skills. I have videos of him youtube as well. So for anyone there in Italy who wants to fly the only way to really do it right is to come to SUPER training for the very best training and then just get the Flat Top & Dominator. It makes a life & death difference. Literally not a single death in the history of the sport doing it the right way.

    Can't you just enjoy Moab w/o a motor? At least jeeps stick to the jeep trails... this monstrosity... Lord help us.

      Last time I was in moab all I hear was loud, obnoxious, and annoying 4 wheelers, razors, jeeps, and 2 stroke dirt bikes all day long. No matter where I went they would follow. What is the difference between hearing a outrageously loud 2 stroke dirt bike and a much more quiet paramotor?

    Yes you do need to have the good stuff to fly, not to die.
    Pilot eror hurts most of the time. Ha not funny don't land downwind right. Not fun. Del is very skilled at flying parawings. Scarry skilled

    Hard to imagine a more obnoxious thing to subject wildlife and every other public land user to.
