NOTE: As pointed out by a viewer. In every pair of wires with in a 25 pair count. Related pairs (tip/ring) has a trace of each color included. For instance, PAIR 1 (TIP=WHITE and RING=BLUE. The Tip being WHITE would have a trace of BLUE, and the Ring being BLUE would have a trace of WHITE. This applies to every pair of wires with in a 25 pair count having a trace of the color of the related wire. This would simplify matching them up if separated. 2nd Note. The Tip is Violet and Ring is Slate. It is Reversed at the beginning of the video.

How do terminate a 25 pair to a patch panel
A bix block can be used to terminate a 25 pair patch panel.
In this video. You have the red/green pair as red=tip, green = ring. Isn't that reversed?
Regarding your question. Tip= White, Red, Black, Yellow, Violet. Ring= Blue, Orange, Green, Brown, Slate. Hope that was helpful.
Your Tip and Ring colors Violate and Slate are reversed!!!!! TIP IS VIOLET RING IS SLATE
