- We did the impossible...we got a Japanese A5 Wagyu Brisket. This is one of the most difficult cuts of meat in the world to find, but we actually did it.
Big thanks to Max and Sophia for literally sleeping in the car to make sure the brisket didn't overcook, and to The Wagyu Shop for helping us to secure this crazy cut of meat all the way from Japan.

It's called A5 Wagyu beef, from Japan, though America breeds what are 1/2 Wagyu and 1/2 other beef breeds. 😔
