After looking at all the old comics I have come to the Conclusion that Savitar is Malcolm Thawne However, Malcolm Thawne is Julian Albert. It hadn't accorded to me until I saw that Malcolm Thawne looks a lot like Julian Albert and then all the pieces fell together.
Malcolm traveled around the world and got into trouble with the law. Upon his decision to finally confront Barry with his existence, Malcolm got a job a Central City Police Station.
He watched Barry from afar, even witnessing the accident that gave him the power of superspeed. He grew to hate Barry for having everything that Malcolm thought should have been his own.
Malcolm drew his power from this talisman, and adopted a costume as the super-villain Cobalt Blue.
Cobalt Blue was engulfed in his own blue flame. Wally thought that he had caught a glimpse of the face behind the mask, a very familiar one.
Powers of Malcolm /Cobalt Blue
Blue Flame Energy Access: By taping into his talisman, Malcolm can access fellows abilities:
Energy Projection: Malcolm can burst his flame out of his body and sword causing flames to leap out of his person.
Energy Construct Creation: Malcolm can create objects out of his Flame and his favorite is his flaming blue sword.
Power Absorption: Malcolm used his hatred to channel the Blue Flame to steal objects and power from his enemies. In most occasions he uses this power to steal speed from the Flashes.
Superhuman Speed: Malcolm can reach incredible amounts of speed by using his Blue Flame to steal speed from opponents. He can steal multiple levels of speed from different sources and achieve speeds to assault even Wally West.
Healing: The Blue Flame was mainly used by the Thawne family to "heal" and presumably Malcolm has the same ability but he hasn't shown the ability to produce healing flames as of yet.
Weaknesses
Obsession: Although his hatred for the Flash Family allows him to activate his talisman it also becomes a major downfall to his battle-prowess and general well being by blinding him from true purpose.

This is what Eobard Well's said to Barry in his video will at the start of season 2, and it always had me thinking, if Eobard was being honest about never truly being enemies, then who/what did Barry hate the most? Who was his biggest enemy if not the Reverse Flash who is destined to fight Barry throughout both their lives? The answer is Barry is his own worst enemy, because he can't move forward from the past, yet he can't prevent the future. Barry created Flashpoint because he wasn't happy with losing his dad to Zoom, and then when he's not happy about what happens in Flashpoint, with Wally dying and Barry forgetting his former life, he reverses time again only to find everything has been fucked up. And Barry was going to change time again before Garrick stopped him because he wasn't happy. And now Barry is messing with the future because he isn't happy with it. In short, Barry has created all his biggest problems.
Plus, Savitar also said this when Barry asked him 'why are they enemies?' :
'Because we had to be. Only one of us could live. You thought that Thawne and Zoom were your biggest foes, but it's me, it's always been me.'
I think the reason Savitar hates Barry so much is because Savitar is future Barry and future Barry blames his younger self for screwing with time and for creating all these problems, including losing Iris to himself, because I think future Barry has gone so crazy with guilt that he now see's his younger self as the villain because of him selfishly changing time and wants to make him suffer by killing Iris because he couldn't live his life with Iris because of his younger self. Now your thinking that makes no sense, but that's the point I'm making, Future Barry has gone so insane that all he wants to do is kill his past self for causing all these problems that future Barry has had to live through.

Moreover the message from future barry supports this theory. Also, Caitlyn got powers because barry created flashpoint, this explains why Savitar called Caitlyn his child, because he created her. My last point is, flashpoint barry doesn't know Iris and Volly because he never worked with them, this explains why it's not a big deal to kill Iris.

Plus every time he's asked who he is, Savitar says, "I am the future Flash." I think people believe he's saying, "I am the future, Flash," which would mean he is the future (in a metaphorical way). Killer Frost was created by the original event that gave Barry and Cisco powers. It just took longer for her powers to begin to manifest like it took Cisco a while for his Vibe powers to manifest.
Also aside from the story requiring it why does Kaitlyn have to be a villain? Everyone from Earth 2 were moral swaps from Earth 1. Vibe was Reverb, Firestorm was evil, that version of Dr Light was evil, Atom Smasher was evil and of course Killer Frost was evil. Other than the story demands it why does she have to be evil when its established everyone on earth 1 is good where on earth 2 they are evil?

He thinks that creating flashpoint created killer frost? By that logic the first time he goes back in time is what gave Cisco powers. His line from the crossover was referencing Sarah diggle becoming John Jr and Cisco's brother dying.
Guys remember how Barry got his powers (in the comics) by the future version of him turned into lightning and struxk his younger self. He gave himself the powers. Just like Savitar said he gave himself his powers!

I know this isn't related exactly to the video, but I always had a question. What if April 25, 2024 is the day, the Reverse Flash goes back in time to kill Barry's mother. The disappearance of the Flash is him going to back in time chasing the Reverse Flash.

Its eddie. He became savitar when he got sucked into the singularity along with the tube that was used to power up the particle accelerator in season 1. If you go back to season 1 episode 21 when team flash rescue eddie, cisco goes down and finds a super powerful power source that is from the future. That tube has a substance which has the same colour as savitars blue. Also why the hell would any barry kill his girl. Savitar says 'the boy joe raised' 'the man iris loves'. I think they are doing a cobalt blue storyline with the twin brother thing. There is ao much evidence that backs eddie being cobalt blue/savitar i.e. the amulet he wears, rough childhood, same grandma name as cobalt blue in comics. Also IMDB removed his name from the cast list for episode 20 21 22 and 23. Anyways going back to what savitar said in episode 15. Who else could of had the life barry could of had. EDDIE. Also last episode you saw killer frosts reaction which made people think its ronnie but thats a writers trap. Killer frost just saw barry and had beef with team flash before she went to that forest place. why would she be ready to help savitar if he was barry isnt that so stupid.
Big problem for season 4 is that they are gonna end up killing savitar and alao freeing up jay and someone needs to be in the speedforce prison so barry is gonna go for killing savitar.

How does he know wally west jesse and all the new charcters? hes already lived this before without knowing the future. Flash point enabled him to as he said use wally and he knows what happens in the future. He doesn't need to meet them since he met them last time he fought the flash and then got trapped.

It's Malcolm Thawne Barry's long-lost twin. The back story fits.
On the stormy night of May 13, two pregnant women came to the office of Fallville, Iowa's Dr. Gilmore. However, the doctor had been drinking, and he had sent his nurse home. The child of one of the women, Charlene Thawne, had been strangled on its own umbilical cord, and Gilmore was too intoxicated to save the poor baby. However, the other woman, Nora Allen, successfully gave birth to twin boys. Gilmore, to cover up the baby's death, gave one of the twins to the Thawne family, telling the Allens that one of their children had been stillborn. The twin that remained with the Allens was named Barry, and he grew up to be the Flash. The other twin, however, was raised by the Thawnes, and he was named Malcolm.
Malcolm's adoptive parents were con artists, using a strange inherited Thawne power, a blue flame, to heal people, afterwards selling jars of petroleum jelly with blue food coloring to the healed and their friends. All the other members of his family had this power except for Malcolm, and they constantly taunted him for being inferior. Finally, when he was seventeen, during one of their many arguments in which Malcolm asked to be taught the power of the blue fire, his mother told him that he had been adopted. Going to Fallville, knowing that was where he was born, Malcolm sought out Dr. Gilmore. The doctor told him of his origins, and the enraged lad killed the doctor for having picked him to give to the other family.

He went to his adoptive grandmother, the mother of Hugo Thawne, to learn more about the blue flame the Thawnes wielded. Malcolm's grandmother taught him that the flame could steal anything that your heart desired, feeding on passion. Using this power, she taught him how to place his hatred for Barry Allen inside a talisman, which he wore on his chest.
Malcolm drew his power from this "talisman" and adopted a costume as the super-villain Cobalt Blue. When he faced the Flash and Kid Flash, he had the ability to steal their speed by enveloping them in his blue flame. After a battle at the zoo, Cobalt Blue appeared in Barry's lab, revealing his knowledge of Barry's identity. After a high-speed chase with a Flash created from the blue flame, Cobalt Blue was engulfed in his own blue flame. "Wally thought that he had caught a glimpse of the face behind the mask, a very familiar one."
Cobalt Blue surfaced again after Barry's death. He blew up the Flash Museum and attacked Barry's old house and his laboratory at the police station. He also robbed the original Flash, Jay Garrick, of his speed. Wally, now going by the Flash, tracked him down to Barry's tombstone, which Malcolm tricked Wally into destroying. However, Wally bought time by prompting Malcolm to tell his life story while he soaked up enough speed force energy to retaliate, defeating the villain quite quickly.
Finally.. somebody else who thinks it's cobalt blue!!! One of Savitars quotes gave it away... "the boy Joe raised... the man Iris loves.. you have everything, and deserve none of it!!" And it explains why Wally is in a trance and why Caitlyn trusted him.. because he has Barry's face...

If it's not Barry, I'm thinking it's Cisco. He's still go a lot of resentment related to his brother dying post Flashpoint and he has the knowledge/experience necessary. Oh and he can probably create a time machine on his own or can at some point, build a a speedforce suit and you have Savitar. Also besides Barry he's the other person that i ink Caitlyn would automatically accept

Builds a suit a time travel machine to get philosophers stone etc. To fulfill his own destiny he needs killer frost to take his hands.

I think it might be Ronnie's body, and Eddie Thawn's personality = Cobalt blue who's "flaming" and because "firestorm" merged those two personalities as one. Now the reason as to why Savitar knew everything as he says he already experienced them is because of Killer Frost's memories with the team flash as she can easily retell what happened.
If you guys would rewatch season 1 episode 23, you will see Eddie's body getting suck by a "separate blue wormhole" and since ronnie's body couldn't really last without a proper bond and they got all mixed up in the speed force, forcing a non compatible bond, thus leading to Savitar's god complex.
