    Nigerians are intelligent people and our cultures emphasises on respect a lot. This is the reason they always react to disrespect. You don't beat a child and tell him not to cry.

    This host is just being sentimental... You know the truth. I know you are a Ghanaian and will want to protect the interest of your country, but let's call a spade a spade.
    Afua planned the singaton for Ghanaians consumption only by singing only Ghanaian songs. What are you expecting Nigerians to do? Support her when it's already made known to us that we should stay clear and only Ghana products should be consumed?..
    It's not a shame to learn what you don't know, humble and learn but Ghanaians will say no.. I can do this since this person is doing it. Ask to know the in depth of that person came to that level and learn but Ghanaians won't. All the time, "We taught them this, we taught them that" you that is the teacher, what have you achieved?
    Please let's all be Guided. Ghana own don too much.

    The song was already huge before Davido made him join his show in the US. Nigerians only support a song when it’s huge just like Blacko, gyakie and the King Promise. Play Ghana's agenda is no offence, if they see it to be offensive it’s their problem because they were just using that means to support and improve our music industry, they can do the same if they want to. Is about time we Ghanaians stop wasting our time seeking outside validation. In the 2000s we weren't seeking any outside validation, we used to enjoy our music and they were timeless. Now because of outside validation, people don’t get to sing timeless songs but only looking for numbers. But we seeking for their validation, who validates them? Do you think the Western world all their songs are nice? But because they don’t need anybody’s validation, they do whatever they want to do and we are rather chasing them for validation. Confused generation

    • @goldeneyejunior7425
      @goldeneyejunior7425 Před 8 měsíci +1

      The thing is that Ghanaians are addicted to validation; that's why they always claim they taught everybody. Look now, Ghanaians are complaining that no Nigerian blogger wrote about the sing-a-ton. Is that not validation? Now, let's come back to your first sentence. Responses like this show how myopic some Ghanaians are. In 2021, Wizkid brought King Promise to perform at the UK 02 Arena in front of over 20k people. Did King Promise have a recognizable hit song like "Terminator"? The problem is that some Ghanaians just have too big of an ego to learn and collaborate. It is easy for them to sit on their high horse and talk.

    • @bellooricha6866
      @bellooricha6866 Před 8 měsíci +3

      If you say King Promise's "Terminator", then you're right. But you see Black Sheriff? Forget about it. Nigerians made Black Sheriff a Global Star. It's "Kweku the Traveller" that gave Blacko a Global Acclaim & Nigerians singlehandedly pushed him to Global Stardom. Even Black Sheriff won't say what you just said. For Gyakie, her song "Forever" was already gaining grounds in Nigeria, but when Omah Lay jumped on it, it became very popular. Please, don't write epistles with a local mindset, ask questions instead. You're in Ghana & writing without the knowledge of how things are happening in Nigeria. You're one of those killing the Ghana brand with fruitless arrogance. Be humble!
