    Should you do these to warmup for a meet or just practice?

      This may be a bit long for a meet warmup, but you can use some of the same exercises in both situations.

    Would you suggest any alterations for younger ages? I coach everything from 7-18

      Unless their gait & ankles are already strong, I would keep younger athletes in shoes and do only as many reps of each exercise as they can do with proper form. I’d also cut the distances down from 100m to 30-50m, depending on the athlete.

    I’ve been trying to do the jumping stuff but my shins are kinda in bad shape rn

      It’s annoying because I want to and need to train more but my shins are stopping me atm

      You definitely need to do more shin strengthening exercises. I'll shoot a video of some this week.

      Yeah I’ve been working on a lot of shin stuff, I think they are getting better now

      Good! You need to do shin work long after the pain stops in order to keep it from coming back. The exercises in this video are a start.
