The quickest way to reinjure players is to throw them right hack into games without easing them back in. If you seriously do not understand that, then you are either not objective or extremely uninformed. What Jules is saying about Kambwala and Martínez is straight BS. That would have been malpractice for Ten Hag to throw Kambwala in from the very start, let alone playing Martínez at all. These pundits have double and triple standards depending on the teams.

Casimiro is 32. Kyle walker is 34 almost and he can run as fast as Vinicius junior. Casimiro isn’t that old for his legs to be so gone.
To be fair it is different person by person. Lebron James is still like a twenty guy in speed and strength but with a reduce duration only. Casemiro is the kind of atheletic that aging rapidly. He does not have it now.
