Broadway's Best for PD | It Takes a Village: Celebrating the Dark & Light of the Holidays Together

Join us to celebrate the power of friendship and the holiday season. This episode features David Loud, Broadway musical director, actor, and author who is living with Parkinson's. Four-time Tony Award winner, Broadway and television star Boyd Gaines, will share with David experiences from life in the theater and their years of friendship, which now include a shared journey with Parkinson's.
Co-hosts Alessandro Di Rocco, M.D., director of neurology, Parkinson's, and movement disorders at Northwell Health, and Caroline Kohles, JCC senior program director of health and wellness, will discuss the science of building resilience as a tool for combating loneliness and anxiety during the holidays with positive psychologist and author Maria Sirois and Gloria Lebeaux, LCSW, and director of social work services at the Friedberg JCC. Rounding out this evening, we’ll enjoy music and a Q&A.
