  • Hey Everyone, so I filmed this Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 a few weeks ago and I would of thought it would of sold by now. I'd like to see what some of you have to say!!! The dealership is asking $16,900 or best offer and the Jeep has 134K miles. Vehicle is super clean and runs great. Let me know if you'd be interested in buying it!?!?

    Vehicles filmed at Dealerships are For Sale. Make sure to visit the dealerships website for detail info about each vehicle. If your watching a video thats older than 90 days you can expect that vehicle to most likely already being sold, unless its a new car.
    FYI - Charleston Car Videos on CZcams Started in 2011. Back in 2008 is when I started filming cars as a car salesman to give people a better way to see a new or used vehicle. Over the years I ended up selling over 450 vehicles from doing videos. Today 1000's of vehicles have sold from people watching my car reviews in America.

    I have a 2006 Grand Cherokee SRT8. Mine is red and has 120,000 miles on it. I have owned it since brand new. These are amazing SUV's. It is the only car I have owned that I never want to get rid of. I have done absolutely zero modifications as it is my daily driver and I have wanted to keep it reliable. They are very hard to find without any modifications. Mine has been insanely reliable. I have been religious about maintenance following the recommended B schedule for the entire life of the car. Jeep recommends either an A Schedule for lighter driving in milder climates, or a B Schedule for harder driving conditions in colder or extreme hot climates. Mines has had its oil changed every 3000 miles since new and all of the recommended maintenance. Other than that, it has needed a new starter, a new water pump (it started leaking but was caught right away) and a new thermostat. It always starts right up and has never left me stranded. When the thermostat failed, it failed full open so the engine was running too cold and I got a check engine light. The starter issue was replaced before the starter went completely bad as I noticed a couple of times I had to hit the key two or three times before it would do anything. Other than that, plan on going through a lot of gas. I average 10-13 miles a gallon in the city and 15-16 on the highway. It takes premium fuel. Also plan on going through tires and brakes if you drive it regularly. It has brembo brakes and Goodyear run flat tires. That is the only tire option OEM that was a run flat. There are other tires that will fit on it, but they are not run flat tires. It does not have a spare tire so I wanted to keep the run flats. The front tires are around $500 a piece and the rears are around $550 a piece so 4 tires are not cheap. You can't rotate the tires either front to back because they are different widths front and back. You can only rotate side to side. Overall though, this truck is amazing. Mine has been extremely reliable in the 13 years I have owned it. It is practical and can be used in all seasons. It also is very fast off the line. It sounds great, even with the stock exhaust. It is a great SUV if you can only have one car and you want fun, sporty, and practical.

      Thanks for this review, I’m a huge fan of these Jeeps and I can’t wait to buy one. I drove one a few years ago and it was modified but they have tons of power out of the factory, and modified they are monsters. Apparently people don’t appreciate them at all, anything around the 20k price tag is not unusual. They are actually priced right. They’re reliable vehicles and they’re super fun to drive. If anyone here thinks the price is too high, do some research and learn why they are priced so high for the year and mileage.

      It's major issue is that there is a 2012+ model that is light-years better in every way-- this generation GC is plagued by the Daimler Chrysler era cost cutter interiors. Injection molded wet dream, hard cheap plastic EVERYWHERE. These are otherwise very good vehicles- just gotta find someone that can look past the dreadful interior.

      @Alan-tr5uj Před 4 lety

      @@7Logik - correct it's not trying to be a Lexus- but these were $45-$55k brand new in 2006. This era of Grand Cherokee's interiors lagged behind the entire field of SUVs at this price point, embarrassingly so. This was the Achilles heel that plagued ALL Chrysler products developed during the DaimlerChrysler era. The current GC SRT8 & Trackhawks are not trying to be Lexus either- however their interiors at least accurately reflect their price point- which has been a strong suit of the WK2 since it rolled out in 2011.

    2020 has it sold yet? And yea I agree 17k+ is steeeeeep, for a 134k 13 year old vehicle. Most people just delete the mufflers if not they put a legit exhaust setup on it. These Jeep's were notorious for having nitrous applied and run into the ground. Ever one I have come across on a used lot have had a nitrous button hole in the glove box or on the dash. I love them personally, but its scary paying that much for a vehicle that had most likely been ragged on
