Excellent, insightful documentary especially as my 8 year old is on a trail with a prem club at moment. This documentary will definitely help me as a football dad to manage expection and support my son not just in football but in life.

They need to adopt a more academic / trade model where for every year in a professional academy a player receives £1000 toward education after they are released , then if your in an academy for 7/8 years you have a pot of cash to tap into to get your education / trade on track

Money isn't the answer. You can just read a book to learn electrical, it's so simple.
