Thanks for the Info clarifications. Question, if I connect the ECM black power connector pins 1, 2, 23 & 42 to battery negative & pin 24 to battery positive should should pin 25 to the power relay become live with 24volts, Thank You.

The conclusion is that pin 25 is a negative ground "Feed" for the main power relay, so would test as power when checked on the genset...

No it's only possible to increase RPM with perkins ET software
