Which engine model you have?

You have fuel related issues, Check first the fuel priming pumps pressure, hang your fuel pressure gauge, start the engine check fuel pressure the fuel pressure during engine running, Make sure you should have specific fuel pressure no any fuel pressure drop

If your fuel priming pump is faulty, sign of faulty fuel pump is overheating, if the fuel pump is overheating they leave the functions, check and notice make sure no overheating

If that is not a problem of fuel pump, check the common rail pressure regulator sensor, power and ground and signal , And check also injectors if you have any each injector faulty , leak, stuck open that's means your rail pressure going to drop cause engine stalls

Thank you for reply. It's a mahindra 2.2 mhawk. Still, why would it run start so easily though? My manual prime pump seems to not suck well, and stays soft. While driving under load engine will cut, ignition off and on while still moving will start eng again immediately.

Ecm pins 116 and 118 is injectors commons ecm sending grounds signals to each injector for operation Also cam speed sensor open each injector spary on dtc

This is direct positive feed from battery, that's means all time live

Crank signal is coming from starting out from controller, emcp, and cranks status is going to ecm pin 70

Key switch takes input positive + from the battery on B+ Terminal which is battery + input , then sending this B + to different position on keyswitch ACC/ S/ glow plugs, fuel solenoid, ecm relay, control panel turning on etc

My friend this is the positive + feed from E.STOP button Emcp 4.4 pin 33 and pin 53 both is battery + out to E.stop in ADEM 3 PIN 70 is key switch in put from E stop, In powerwizard pin 70 is emergency N/O to ground

This generator is connected with ats? Or only run manually?

If this genset operated with ats, you must need to on Auto mode in controller , make sure all are wire connection right and tight ok

Remove and open all diode separately check each one continuity and resistance make sure continuity only in one direction, and resistance should be same all diodes, if any diode find shorted or faulty you need to replace complete set of diodes
