Hey there! I've been using my left hand to pull back the PTO lever for the last two years. I have a 2010 MTD and I've been replacing everything lately. Update - I ordered the part you part you put in this video and put it in today. All is good thanks to you! Also, I bought a new spring and there is about the same amount of play as your used one.
