Hello Nick
hey nick!!
Hey nick I love your channel it is amazing I love athletics but I am more of a sprinter
Your content really inspires me to become better at running every day thank you
@@DailyMemes566 hello!!
This was the biggest FU to Planet Fitness I've ever seen, having the whole Police Department on your channel! 😂
LITERALLY 😂
That 'regional manager' must be fuming if he's watching this video 😂
@@maximilianoferrer6841 He is crying right now in his office😥 Every day he sheds a tear

“I don’t bench press”
-Process to do better than about 95% of the general population
More like 99.99%, there's a statistic out there that says less than 1% of the population can bench 225 but I don't know how accurate it is.
@@kianhyndman3220 The point was that the guy who doesn't bench press is already way ahead of the curve.
@@T1MB05L1C3 "I don't bench" probably means "I used to bench but now I like to save my shoulders after some injuries"

I think he's lying ...
Way to turn your negative experience at PF into an extremely positive and encouraging one. Thank you for your support of the fine Officers at Eugene PD!
Our city is now a dump lol.
we know the 415 guy is solid immediately after he walks into the frame. He ain't fooling anyone with his humbleness. Dude's a beast
@@MrRudy-vk7xx weed shops and bums. Keep voting for progressives though. Just one more vote….
Imagine shoplifting a snickers and a guy who close grip benches 405 is staring at you💀
bro their PD department has some monsters, especially the guy spotting. 730 deadlift is crazy.
@@Jeffdachefzi wanted to see him on the bench!
@@wesleybaaij5036 I did too but I think everyone knew there wouldn't be a competition haha
And then he goes like, "Get the protein bar instead, my treat."
@@Jeffdachefz not to be a dick about a 730 deadlift.. but he said he hit that when he was 300 pounds, but it's more impressive in powerlifting for someone deadlifting 730 weighing 100-150 pounds lighter.
Imagine calling the cops on Nick and the next thing he does is release a video featuring the whole police department 😂😂 #savage
Absolutely
Spotter Steve isn't just an officer,
He's the absolute *UNIT!*
Yeah when dispatch gets a call, they just pile into Steve and drive him to the scene.

I like how Nick makes everyone feel like they matter. Great way to spread positivity in this world man! Major props to you for all you do for your community and to everyone who follows you!
Thank you to the men and women in blue that perform the ever-increasingly hard job of law enforcement.

Eugene has turned into a dump, EPD works for city council not the community.
@@MrRudy-vk7xx the solution is electing better people to the city council
Great showcase for the local PD! I’ve never seen a guy bench press so fast with his hands so close together. Crazy!😮
Great to see so many strong men and women serving their community! Thank you, ladies and gentlemen!
I love that your showcasing the humanity of the men and women that risk their lives everyday for our safety, they deserve the acknowledgement and respect more than ever with the social climate the way it is these days..
Thank you Eugene Police Department! Got some specimens on the force. I was hoping to see the spotter lift all the weights. What a beast.
Bro what stacks are these police bros on I've never seen police officers this beastly
I feel like they hearted this without realizing what you meant by stacks lol

Planet Fitness, you messed up, big time. 😂 Nick got an amazing video out of y'all calling the cops on him, i loved everything about this video. Justin was beyond impressive, but I was really impressed with Detective Sergeant Jessica, you could see the determination and fight that she has in her. And it was sweet that she gave the other female officer some of her winnings. Love your channel, Nick, just got back into working out because I turn 50 next week and I want to get healthier, plus I used to run cross country and would love to be able to do that again. Thanks for the inspiration.
The runner up female officer had insane fight through her sticking points. It was truly impression.
Criminals dont hold female cops to a lower standard
Right? Although I'll admit that the district gm/whatever guy in the last video who called the cops was caught between a rock and a hard place. If he allowed a powerlifting contest at the front door of PF to continue you know he'd get fired. It's like selling fireworks in front of the fire department.
@@joshuamattacchione3550 yeah she did, you could tell she's gonna keep training and reach new goals.
Benching 415 I’m general is super impressive but the fact that he was doing it with such a narrow grip Is insane
he was also doing it in a form that would never get any white lights at any sort of comp as he was basically just bouncing it
nevertheless its impressive it just wasn't a deadstop
You couldn’t even bench 315 with a bounce like that beefcake.

this was absolutely amazing thank you for taking time out of your day to shine a well needed bright light for police officers. let everybody know we are all human at the end of the day. amazing brother thank you!
This was so good to see. I know Nick is taking a youtube break but seeing him support LEO's like this really made me happy and it looked like Eugene's Dept. was beyond happy to host him. I appreciate you nick, and the PD's across the country.
I never comment on youtube vids but this was awesome man! Love what you do supporting weightlifting and the police force! Definitely one of my favorite youtube vids you’ve ever done brother
I don’t even care for weight lifting but nick makes me care 🤣
Yeah this was cool.
I use to be a never-commenter like you. Until 2018.
Love that you did this man, keep up the great content!
Love this. Keep making bench press videos with all different types of groups!
Thank you Eugene police dept.! I hope Planet Fitness sees this and offers an apology to Nick!
Awesome. Love to see the PD in a positive light, and what a great segway after the PF fiasco. Would also love to see a PD vs Fire Department Bench press competition. Food for thought.
Great video, as always. I really appreciate how you responded to the way Planet Fitness treated you. Great way to help show the caliber of person who serves and protects the communities we live in. Thank you.
I absolutely appreciate this in lieu of last week where are you were kicked out of planet fitness AND for supporting the Police in a positive way! I’d love to see even more videos with the PD that are positive and uplifting! Maybe bring the PD together WITH the community in a positive and uplifting/fun environment 😊
That was excellent! Thank you, Nick!
What a great event! 👍
Props to the young gal putting up 140! Very impressive!
And dear God that one guy moved 315 so dang fast! Crazy!
God bless you for doing this Nick!!!
It's so cool to see what's considered strong to regular people when I've been going to hardcore gyms all my life! Really enjoyed this video!
Great video! Love to see police officers in a good light. They seem like great people.
at 6:20 i dont think ive ever seen 315 move that fast from someone that size
Some physically strong young men and women there. Eugene, Oregon should be proud to have these people represent their community.
Have you seen our city? 🤡
Awesome job eugene police department. It's awesome to see you guys collab!
That was awesome...everyone did great...Thank you for keeping us safe.
The old and young guy were inconspicuous strong lol. Props to both for putting that up. Hope the detective can set a PR of the 150. Great video nick.
Nick just seems like such a nice dude! Glad to see that he supports police officers, too!
im so familiar with eugene and i never even knew they had such big strong officers as i see in this clip, wow!! its great to see the fitness levels!
This is awesome!!!!!! Gotta do more of these!!!
Total respect for those guys. Wish all PD officers were that fit, strong and humble
These are the police interaction videos you love to see
Love the channel! Would love to see more olympic lifts in the future!
Thank you for this video! Eugene PD's got some big guys!
Could make this a series between police departments!! Imagine the competition haha
Bro this would be a great series, seeing different police stations benching
That was fun! Thanks to the cops, and thank you Nick for the video. 👍
A “Continuation High School” in El Cajon, CA use to do this between the cops and the students. It being a “no backpack” kind of situation there shows why it was actually a good idea for the officers to show face. The year I did it, Darren Sproles (NFL RB) showed up and helped out. Even threw up some weight! Great memories
Keep doing you Nick . Awesome channel 🤩
Love seeing them push their limits so much
This is what a police department should look like, everyone fit and in shape. Kudos to them
Great group, God bless your work for your city!
Awesome video! Thanks for backing our police with a positive video 🤙🏾
Love the video as always, but I especially appreciate the support for our law enforcement
Awesome job! Also, it's good to know how strong I need to be to break free, if need be should I go rogue in that parish.
Much respect to these officers n also motivational
The guy that won was doing it the easier way. It’s easier to push it back up with all the momentum when you bounce it hard on your chest compared to controlling the weight down and up, which is what everyone else was doing. Anyways props to him for winning. Great Video Nick!
It’s actually a pretty common technique in powerlifting granted it does make the lift easier. He’s not dropping the weight and bouncing it, he’s pulling it to his chest and exploding off the tension if that makes sense.
@@joshtrd - not true, in an actual powerlifting meet, that lift wouldn't count.
@Mr. Rudy well guess what lol this wasn't a usapl powerlifting meet so touch and go bench was legal here
@@jonathanasigri9487 - lol learn to read, I never said it was illegal, I said it wasn't a common technique in a powerlifting competition which is what the claim was that had been made.
I don't care that he bounced it. He moved that weight
Thanks Nick you have inspired me to work hard and become the strongest I can be.
That department is filled with studs! Great works ladies and gents!
ive been slacking aint been in the gym in like 2 months. need to get back on it, this vid gave me the motivation I needed!
Those cops were so chill and strong! They're in great shape. Definitely a great vid to watch!
Great job Jake! Very impressive PR. I'm proud of your success and career. God bless you.
Good on the officers!! People forget sometimes that that job can require them to do things that they don't really like or agree with (just like most jobs).
This is a great video I want to see how much the spotter can get next !!!
I love everything about this video. Legit, great police department, some superb athletes, and the extra eff you to Planet Fitness (seriously, that guy messed up hard when he got ragey at Nick over... promoting fitness?) Great job to all the officers and Nick for the usual fantastic content

One of the few channels I just instantly like before watching the video, keep it up!
The police like you a lot as evidently seen.Planet fitness, this is how you show support.
Most replayed is 6:17 I guess everyone was shocked at how damn fast bro moved 315
Thanks for also putting up the weights in kg, and well done to the police department, doing that earns my respect.
Great stuff. You just earned yourself another subber, man! 💪
All of the police officers are so humble and seem so kind - great video!
Nice competition! I was rooting for the PR's for both of them!
Cool video mate, they are soo nice to do something like that :)
And those people lifting all those plates... Damn... Such a great video.
I love these dogs sooo much!
We wanted to see the huge spotting guy prove his bench press. Even out of competition.
The video was AWESOME! Thanks Nick,
Great Video!!! Huge numbers everyone put up!💪💪
Nick bringing light to police officers, especially in these times, is just so heartwarming to see
I’m sure they all loved benching against their other competitors. Powerlifting is just a great sport if you like to push yourself and are into bigger and better numbers for each lift. For me, powerlifting doesn’t give me any muscle fatigue after my workout, but you struggle to get the weight up during the workout.
Geez these guys are strong
Yeah, a strong police force. I would bet very few police departments have this kind of strength in general.
Awesome work all! Great vid Nick!
AWESOME !!! Im glad they are on our side !!
The planet fitness manager has been really quiet since this video came out
Impressive for sure but that chest bounce is terrifying. Also, it's easy to see how much momentum is generated from doing so. Once that 425 or whatever it was bounced off chest there was nothing left. Like i said still impressive af but obv reason why pauses are required in competition. Awesome video. Get rekt pf!!!!
Great video showcasing great law enforcement
what police department is this yoked..... what in the hell is going on
I dont bench press
He benches 320
Ok ok
😭😭😭😭 unbelievable
Most grown man may never get that strong even with training.
Just because he doesn't bench doesn't mean he doesn't work his chest. He could be doing weighted dips or something. That strength carried over.
Best one yet! Hats off the police dept!
That police department is absolute UNITS.
730 lbs deadlift is no joke. Big guy is a beast
I hope he shows up to my Powerlifting competition on Monday!!
@@nicksymmonds That is gonna be one epic competition if he does! Can’t wait for that video

From zero to hero. PF mad I bet. Congratulations bison😎
You see these normal hardworking men and women and it makes you sick at the disrespect the media and some of the public give them.
Just watch some police brutality murders, assaults, roadside piracy, audits, cop watch, & political persecution videos & you'll see why so many are waking up to the truth about policing. Just cause your family or friends do it doesn't make it good or noble. It's the most corrupt & evil job in america next to politicians & the 3 letter agencies. WAKE UP.
I grew up in Eugene and it has gone off a cliff in the past 20 years. Drug addicts, cartel, corrupt justice system, yeah bro great comment.
