I appreciate it.
So refreshing that Sly doesn't play cheesy music between his commentary.
I live in Panama and didn't know you could get to the Panama Canal on bus, that's nice. Great video!
Thank you for going to the canal. Really brought back some good memories. The metro wasn't there when I was stationed there in 88-89. That is very cool progress. Also the bus system was a LOT dirtier back then. Mostly looked like old school buses with no aircon, colorful paintjobs, and smelled like a locker room. GLad to see it has gotten a deep clean ;)
I passed through the canal twice on a cruise ship. I am really enjoying your videos.
This had to be a weekend day because on a regular working day, traffic and public are hefty. I know by experience. Thanks for sharing my beloved home place, hope you enjoyed 👍🏾🇵🇦
Another great one bro thanks👍
You just spend 1.40$ ..to go.to.the Canal ..Awsome..you The first tourist doing that ...My Respect💯..Enjoy 🇵🇦....How people treating You ...I Hope good..👽👍
Thank you for the video I’m visiting there soon and didn’t want to take a tour with a group 👍🏾thank you again
I went to Panama just before the pandemic. My favorites were Casco Viejo and seeing the amazing engineering of the canal. The metro is very nice too. It makes it feel like a modern city. How about your favorites?
I was there today! Amazing!

PANAMA was SMOKING HOT. rented a car and drove to the canal i will not drive in a foreign country again. i see the people still selling the lottery tickets. was that wifey in the terminal ?

I'll research it. Thanks
Preciate the info! Never been to Panama
You should visit san blas, boquete or bocas del toro✌.
Great work,Sly.
You can add money to your bus card with atm’s
You should go do a day trip to taboga island 15 min ferry from albrook area
You should do a comparison video between Colombia and Mexico.

Thank you for u.info. I always want to visit pan canal, after 50 yrs, I finally going there next month with.my growing up daughter and my old lady.
How can I find schedule for ship is crossing the canal ??? Please help.
So that's interesting - was your bus card registered with your information so they know how to get that negative balance from you? And do you know if they have a schedule of when the big ships come in (so on a 24 hour layover one might get to see them pass through)? Another great video, thanks!
You should go to the Panama Canal Museum in Casco Viejo.
Already went. It'll be in the "things to do video."👍🏿
Can you refill your metro card on the bus? On certain Washington, DC metrobusses you can.
You should visit Panama Canal Railway.
It has been closed for a while to tourists.
How long did you spend at the canal tourist center? I'm trying to plan my trip there now.
Just about 20 minutes. No ships were passing through which is one of the main attractions.
Dope! Did you make it Multiplaza Mall, Isla Taboga, San Blass, Contadora Island and Casco Viejo?
Why would he visit multiplaza 😅
Panama 🇵🇦
The sights was not as spectacular as I thought, considering the marvel of engineering it made out to be.
You have to go when the ships are going through for the complete experience, otherwise it's like plane-spotting when there are no planes taking off or landing.
Ditto..I was hoping to see a large ship pass through.
@@slyslife The most fun is when a cruise ship is going through with the interaction between the passengers and Miraflores visitors. It's like a meet and greet on steroids.
Thank you for sharing. What part of town would you say is safe to stay at? how is the night life? Thank you
Thanks and I've mainly stayed in "El Cangrejo" and have no complaints as it's near many restaurants and feels very safe.
How long did it take you to become fluent in Spanish?
👌🏼👌🏼🇵🇦
Do you need to be vaccinated to be in Panama or Colombia?
Panama definitely no, Colombia I heard you need it.
Sly I’m at hotel Montreal let’s link
I'll be out of town traveling for a bit.
Hey sly could you go over the gun laws in Panama, sincerely the 2nd amendment advocates
Honestly, I have no clue about the gun laws here.
@@slyslife if you go back could you ask 😭 that’s one of the things that have me on hold from relocating because I’m a historic surplus collector
Guns are heavily controlled by the government. Few people have guns aside security forces, private security companies, firearm training school and gangs. Panama had a gun ban for 9 years that was recently lifted, no guns were allowed to be imported. Now you can request permission to carry weapons, but the process is long and tedious. The average Panamanian usually does not have a gun at home.
@@solo_choco thanks Alex
IM COMING TO PANAMA SOON FROM JAMAICA, WE COULD MEET. ARE YOU ON INSTAGRAM?
