[Mario Kart 8 Mod] Completely Random Items

What if the items you get in the Item Box are completely random, no matter what position you're in?
This mod is made by Ceege, which is an edit of the Item.bin mod. It works only in Frantic races, making races truly frantic in which you'll never know what item you get next, regardless of position!
