Rigged model in 3DS Max, then used Switch Toolbox to import them in.

@ To use the mod, you don't need toolbox, you just take the files and put them in a directory, specifically, RomFs\Driver. I believe installation instructions are provided in the readme in the gamebanana download.

This isn't for 8U but 8 Deluxe. Anyway, there's a lot of steps involved to convert 8DX content to 8U.

I know you haven't done it in a while, or at least ypu haven't uploaded a video of that topic.
I'm talking about nsmbw modding, especially about swapping out a character.
Oh and good morning (or whatever time it is for you. Time zones exist...)
So, I'm currently trying to swap out Mario for Baby Luigi. I took the Baby Luigi from your mod swapping the Toads for the babies.
That works. And it also worked to take the 3D Models and Textures and swap them with Mario's.
But here comes the problem. Baby Luigi floats in the air, no matter what I do. He is only standing on the ground when ducking.
So I changed the animations, and it doesn't do anything.
I'm trying to fix it now for quite some time, so I wanted to ask you, if you could help me with that.
I hope you atleast answer me, whatever is the answer.

I'm going to guess that's animation modding, but I don't know how to fix it, I've chose the Toads because their builds fit the Baby Mario Bros.
