Probably one of the best traffic stops I've seen in a long time. That trooper was cool as can be with those folks. That should be made into a training video.

One of the best traffic stops yet!! The officer and the driver/occupants were all nice and respectful!! Unusual in today’s world. Good to see. I’ve also noticed people in northeast Arkansas generally comply and don’t try to run.

Not really , he was trying so hard to appear as a friend , that multiple times he gives his back to unknown , multiple people he just took out of car . He keeps finding some weed and tells them I'm not going to do anything but those other cops are ...by doing that he's creating a false image of the "other cops " are the bad guys and if they pull you over. He's just lucky he didn't get attacked for dropping his guard .

Let me tell y’all a little bout trooper Logan Hall I did a ride along with him 6 7 years ago he’s a good guy and he is respectful long as you don’t lie to him you good very good guy I had fun with him and to see how they work and they do not play bout speeding drugs driving while drinking alcohol I hope god keep he’s arms around him while he on duty he’s a good trooper 🖤❤️💯
i was pulled over by him in trumann with my tags being out i was honest with him upfront i had a lil bit of weed and my pipe and part of my grinder with me taking it to work with me he cut me a huge break cause i was honest with him upfront about it but he did give me a ticket for my tags being out hes really is a great trooper i wouldnt of been mad either if he would of taken me to jail because i deserved to be taken that morning

That cop was awesome. I hope that more and more can watch this, and see that law enforcement officers are human beings too. That officer could’ve easily raised hell over the weed stuff, but he didn’t. It just goes to show how politeness and respect can go a long way.

I was driving back from picking up my little brother who was working in Baltimore MD because my late father was in the hospital and not supposed to make it, and got pulled over in VA. I was flying to get to the hospital in Asheville NC and got stopped doing 80 in a 65. When I explained why I was speeding and my dad was in the hospital in critical condition, the Trooper actually called the hospital and checked to see if my dad actually was there. Then he wrote me a warning ticket. Not all LEOs are bad folks, one of the nicest Troopers I've ever met. Back the Blue! 💞💞

I can tell you from experience sometimes you don’t have a choice but to search by yourself.
I’d rather let someone go with a load of dope then get shot in the back of the head while searching a car by myself…..no drug bust is worth your life

I always look up to ASP big ups to you guys, but this right here is the absolute example of how officers should conduct themselves, much much love to you sir, and to all the dang dummies out there, when you know that your bleep ain’t right , slow your dumb bleep down and drive like you have some sense and respect for these officers and people on the highway, he could have easily hung to bleep out to dry, and yet you did not even seem grateful for the break he gave you

Exactly. I was cringing almost the whole time waiting for something to happen. He put himself at huge risk and would’ve been wiser to at least request backup. Also, everybody in the comment seem to think that he did such a great job, but IDK. The guy was driving ninety with a toddler not in a car seat, obviously smoking weed and high while driving. Doesn’t check for warrants. Only gave a speeding ticket and lets him drive off. The trooper was WAY too nice, IMO.

This is a great officer, he was very fair with these folks. So happy to see the outcome, wish other officers was this kind.

Since they couldn't give a straight answer about which hospital they were going to, that made me very suspicious. I got the impression they were making excuses to cover up what they were really intending to do.

Never a drivers license, a wallet, etc, I always have my DL and wallet when I go out, at all times. Proof of insurance, Valid Registration, I always have..at the ready.

Yea. Some Arkansas cops are the absolute worst ever! Ever seen their insane pit stops? Insane! I would drive around that state just to avoid a possible stop.

He still violated the passengers’ 4th Amendment rights by requiring them to ID. It’s not a stop-and-ID state.
the presence of marijuana in a state where it is not legal allows him to ID those who are present.....do not want to ID yourself do NOT break the law

Poorly trained Trooper! I'm amazed how he turned his back multiple times on the subject!. Could of had his gun taken from him a few times on this stop. The time he was leaning in the car with his back turned with 3 people behind him had me cringing!

Another driver with no insurance coverage. The State should tow a persons vehicle and keep it until the owners provide proper coverage on it. We are all at risk by these irresponsible vehicle owners.
I agree. I experienced a traffic accident with the at fault driver (no insurance). Not fair to the citizens that comply with the laws.
It’s a lot of counties in different states who do tow the vehicle if you have no insurance, but you are right…

That's why I carry uninsured motorists insurance. Make sure you get enough coverage. If you have 25k coverage and have 50k in damages all you get is 25k or less the medical bills.
